摘 要:In this paper a product/market project system is proposed which is believed to enhance communication and interaction between both individuals and groups. The system consists of two interrelated matrix concepts: (1) the organizational form;and (2) the decision input/process table. In the section Organizational Behavior and Design, it is observed that conflict management recognizes that the critical action is the way conflict is managed - rather than suppressed, ignored, or avoided. Under the heading, Product/Market Innovation, it is pointed out that product planning and market selection are integrally related, and a time profile is presented showing how management s flexibility to set the strategic direction of the firm decreases as the idea moves through concept and design and into the market place. The patterns of product and process innovation are also described. © 1984.
