Hermetic Packaging Based on Cu-Sn and Au-Au Dual Bonding for High-Temperature Graphene Pressure Sensor

A chip-level hermetic package for a high-temperature graphene pressure sensor was investigated. The silicon cap, chip and substrate were stacked by Cu-Sn and Au-Au bonding to enable wide-range measurements while guaranteeing a high hermetic package. Prior to bonding, the sample was treated with Ar (5% H-2) plasma. The Cu-Sn bonding was firstly performed at 260 degrees C for 15 min with a pressure of 9.9 MPa, and the corresponding process conditions for Au-Au bonding has increased to 300 degrees C, 20 min and 19.8 MPa respectively. The average shearing strength was 14.3 MPa, and an excellent leak rate of 1.72 x 10(-4) Pa center dot cm(3)/s was also achieved. After high-temperature storage (HTS) at 350 degrees C for 10 h, the resistance of graphene decreased slightly because the dual bonding provided oxygen-free environment for graphene. The leakage rate of the device slightly increased to 2.1 x 10(-4) Pa center dot cm(3)/s, and the average shear strength just decreased to 13.5 MPa. Finally, under the pressure range of 0-100 MPa, the graphene pressure sensor exhibited a high average sensitivity of 3.11 omega/MPa. In conclusion, the dual bonding that combined Cu-Sn and Au-Au is extremely suitable for hermetic packaging in high-temperature graphene pressure sensors.

Dual-potential encoded electrochemiluminescence for multiplexed gene assay with one luminophore as tag

Multiplexed gene assay for simultaneously detecting the multi-targets of nucleic acids is strongly anticipated for the accurate diseases diagnosis and prediction, and all commercial available gene assays for IVD are a kind of single-target assay. Herein, a dual-potential encoded and coreactant-free electrochemiluminescence (ECL) strategy is proposed for the multiplexed gene assay, which can be conveniently carried out by directly oxidizing the same luminescent tag of dual-stabilizers-capped CdTe nanocrystals (NCs). The CdTe NCs linked with sulfhydryl-RNA via Cd-S bond merely exhibits one ECL process around 0.32 V with a narrow triggeringpotential-window of 0.35 V, while CdTe NCs linked with amino-RNA via amide linkage solely gives off one ECL process around 0.82 V with a narrow triggering-potential-window of 0.30 V. Multiplexing ECL of both sulfhydryl-RNA-functionalized CdTe NCs and amino-RNA-functionalized CdTe NCs can be utilized to simultaneously detect the open reading frame 1ab (ORF1ab) and the nucleoprotein (N) genes without crosstalk, in which ECL of sulfhydryl-RNA-functionalized CdTe NCs can dynamically determine ORF1ab from 200 aM to 10 fM with a limit of detection (LOD) of 100 aM, while ECL of amino-RNA-functionalized CdTe NCs can linearly detect N gene from 5 fM to 1 pM with a LOD of 2 fM. Post-engineering CdTe NCs with RNA in a labeling-bond engineering way would provide a potential-selective and encoded ECL strategy for multiplexed gene assay with one luminophore.

The paper provides a detailed description of the topographical distribution characteristics, along-strike morphologic variations, and tectonic implications of the Kyushu-Palau Ridge (KPR) in the 13 degrees-17 degrees N regions. The description is based on multibeam bathymetric data that was recently collected in the mid-southern segment of KPR and its surrounding areas. The findings indicate that the KPR in the studied region comprises several discontinuous seamounts and seamount chains. Along the ridge running from east to west, there is significant variation in the topography of the seafloor. Visible on this ridge are numerous deep-sea depressions and apparent topographical discontinuities. Geological tectonic processes such as plate subduction and seafloor spreading largely determine the topography of the seafloor. During the beginning of the Parece Vela Basin (PVB) spreading, the pre-existing volcanic arcs fractured under east-west extensional stress, resulting in the development of prominent seamounts, sharp ridges, relief alternations, and rift basins in the KPR. The east-west stress was subsequently transmitted to the weak and inactive mid-ocean ridge in the West Philippine Basin (WPB), which was reactivated and resulted in an episode of magma-poor spreading during 30-26 Ma. This episode caused the KPR to move eastward, stretched, and destroyed its pre-existing structure.

High-performance photodetectors based on two-dimensional perovskite crystals with alternating interlayer cations

Organic-inorganic halide perovskite,as a low-cost,solution-processable material with remarkable optoelectronic properties,is ideal candidate to fabricate high-performance photodetectors and is expected to significantly reduce device *** to the common Dion-Jacobson and Ruddlesden-Popper two-dimensional(2D)layered hybrid perovskite compounds,the perovskites with alternating cations in the interlayer(ACI)phase show higher crystal symmetry and narrower optical bandgaps,which exhibit great potential for excellent photodetection ***,we report a high-performance photodetector based on the 2D bilayered hybrid lead halide perovskite single crystal with the ACI phase(GAMA_(2)Pb_(2)I_(7);GA=C(NH_(2))_(3)and MA=CH_(3)NH_(3)).The single-crystal photodetector exhibits high photoresponsivity of 1.56,2.54,and 2.60 A/W for incident light wavelengths of 405,532,and 635 nm under 9.82 nW,respectively,together with the correspondingly high detectivity values of 1.86×10^(12),3.04×10^(12),and 3.11×10^(12)Jones under the same operating ***,a high-resolution imaging sensor is built based on the GAMA_(2)Pb_(2)I_(7)single-crystal photodetector,confirming the high stability and photosensitivity of the imaging *** results show that the 2D hybrid lead halide perovskites with alternating interlayer cations are promising for high-performance visible light photodetectors and imaging systems.

XCO2 Super-Resolution Reconstruction Based on Spatial Extreme Random Trees

Carbon dioxide (CO2) is currently the most harmful greenhouse gas in the atmosphere. Obtaining long-term, high-resolution atmospheric column CO2 concentration (XCO2) datasets is of great practical significance for mitigating the greenhouse effect, identifying and controlling carbon emission sources, and achieving carbon cycle management. However, mainstream satellite observations provide XCO2 datasets with coarse spatial resolution, which is insufficient to support the needs of higher-precision research. To address this gap, in this study, we integrate spatial information with the extreme random trees model and develop a new machine learning model called spatial extreme random trees (SExtraTrees) to reconstruct a 1 km spatial resolution XCO2 dataset for China from 2016 to 2020. The results indicate that the predictive ability of spatial extreme random trees is more stable and has higher fitting accuracy compared to other methods. Overall, XCO2 in China shows an increasing trend year by year, with the spatial distribution revealing significantly higher XCO2 levels in eastern coastal regions compared to western inland areas. The contributions of this study are primarily in the following areas: (1) Considering the spatial heterogeneity of XCO2 and combining spatial features with the advantages of machine learning, we construct the spatial extreme random trees model, which is verified to have high predictive accuracy. (2) Using the spatial extreme random trees model, we reconstruct high-resolution XCO(2 )datasets for China from 2016 to 2020, providing data support for carbon emission reduction and related decision making. (3) Based on the generated dataset, we analyze the spatiotemporal distribution patterns of XCO2 in China, thereby improving emission reduction policies and sustainable development measures.

During gas hydrate and deep -water oil and gas exploitation, hydrate flow barriers in water -dominated systems represent a critical safety issue. In this study, hydrate formation and blockage were investigated using flowloop and focused beam reflectance measurement. An improved hydrate kinetic model suitable for cooling conditions was established considering various bubble behaviors. The special large aggregate size range was defined as 150 - 500 mu m. A new hydrate aggregation -blockage evolution model is proposed based on three significant events: large aggregate appearance, large aggregate blockage, and particle and small aggregate blockage. The results show that a critical initial flow velocity of 0.65 +/- 0.07 m/s determines whether large hydrate aggregates appear immediately at the onset of hydrate formation. Moreover, the prediction error for the flow velocity drop at significant events was less than +/- 9.1 %. Based on these results, two main hydrate blockage mechanisms in waterdominated systems are revealed.

This paper presents an improved prediction model based on LSTM to solve traditional network security situation perception and prediction problems. Due to the significant advantages of BiLSTM in processing network data with time series characteristics and often related content, this paper will design a prediction model based on the Bi-LTM model. As a neural network model, the setting of LSTM’s superparameters is always a difficult point. On the basis of BiLSTM, this paper improves the original algorithm by using the immune genetic algorithm IGA, which enables the new algorithm to select better parameters and process random data on the basis of processing time series data. In this article, we analyze the UNSW-NB15 intrusion detection dataset, which will be used to train and test our model. Compared with the original LSTM algorithm and Bi LSTM algorithm, the prediction accuracy of the final model is improved. In the binary classification problem, the prediction accuracy has been improved by 1%-2%. In the multi classification problem, the prediction accuracy has improved by up to 3%, while F1 Measure has also improved by 2%. In the recognition of different types of anomalies, the F1-Measure of the IGA-LSTM model also has an improvement of 1%-2%. Finally, for situation prediction, the IGA-LSTM model’s situation curve is closer to the actual situation curve.

More than half of the annual global concrete materials were produced in China due to the rapid developing construction industry,which partly led to the shortage of river ***,mining rate exceeds the natural replenishment rate of river sand recently,resulting in depletion of natural river sand *** increasing demand of river sand influences lots of aspects including altered landforms,increasing carbon emissions,ecological deterioration,international trades and *** face the river sand resource shortage in China and to propose possible coping strategies,the data of river sand for construction in China and other related data were collected,and it is suggested that effective policy measures should be taken right now to protect river sand and strictly manage sand *** solutions for river sand shortage can be summarized as“5Rs”principle,which includes reduce,***,replace and *** dynamic model is established to predict the trend of river sand shortage and it was predicted that the gap between river sand supply and demand will come up to 63%.The impact of three policy scenarios is tested in the model,and the gap can be reduced to 35%by single policy scenario,while the scenario with all policy measures is able to reduce the contradiction between supply and demand to 4%.Suggestions are proposed from the aspects of structural and material technology,policy measures and international *** should be paid to the shortage of river resources,to realize the sustainable development of the construction industry and other related industries,and to promote the harmonious coexistence of human and nature.

Electromagnetic killing is characterized by high efficiency and low cost when dealing with the threat of low, slow and small cluster targets. Firstly, For the characteristics of electromagnetic energy to target can be calculated and the damage effect can be assessed, this paper proposed power to target, cost of attack and other indicators to calculate the target threat degree. Secondly, this paper proposed an assessment method based on GWO-IEF (Grey Wolf Optimizer-Intuitionistic Fuzzy Entropy) to solve the problem of low efficiency of threat degree calculation. Finally, Simulation proves that this method has high computational efficiency and solution accuracy, and compared with the traditional target threat assessment method based on dynFWA-IEF (Dynamic Search Fireworks Algorithm-Intuitionistic Fuzzy Entropy), the computational speed is improved by nearly 54.63%, and the generated results are consistent with the expected electromagnetic weapon attack capability.
