Unified power flow controller (UPFC) has a number of functions, including controlling power flows, regulating bus voltages, enhancing power system transient stability and suppressing sub-synchronous resonance (SSR), etc. Unfortunately, the above goals are not completely uniform. This paper analyzes the control principle and method of each goal and their interrelationships and potential contradictions. In order to satisfy the different requirements of power system and guarantee the major performances under varied operating conditions, the multi-objective coordinated control strategy is proposed, in which fuzzy logic is applied in designing the auxiliary controller. And PSCAD/EMTDC simulations verify its feasibility and effectiveness. During steady operation of power system, the bus voltage and power flow are made to track their references strictly. And during transient process, the strategy transfers to improve the transient stability limit and damp oscillation rapidly while keeps the bus voltage and power flow within their allowed range. Furthermore, SSR, if occurred, could be suppressed as well.

In order to improve the stability and economy of 4WID-4WIS (four-wheel independent drive-four-wheel independent steering) electric vehicles in trajectory tracking, this paper proposes a trajectory tracking coordinatedcontrol strategy considering energy consumption economy. First, a hierarchical chassis coordinatedcontrol architecture is designed, which includes target planning layer, and coordinatedcontrol layer. Then, the trajectory tracking control is decoupled based on the decentralized control structure. Expert PID and Model Predictive control (MPC) are employed to realize longitudinal velocity tracking and lateral path tracking, respectively, which calculate generalized forces and moments. In addition, with the objective of optimal overall efficiency, the optimal torque distribution for each wheel is achieved using the Mutant Particle Swarm Optimization (MPSO) algorithm. Additionally, the modified Ackermann theory is used to distribute wheel angles. Finally, the control strategy is simulated and verified using Simulink. Comparing the control results of the average distribution strategy and the wheel load distribution strategy, it can be concluded that the proposed coordinatedcontrol not only provides good trajectory tracking but also greatly improves the overall efficiency of the motor operating points, which enhances the energy economy and realizes the multi-objective coordinated control of the chassis.

In this paper,distributed power flow controller(DPFC)constraints are *** energy balance relationship between fundamental wave and third harmonic in series and shunt-side converter is deduced.A proportional integral(PI)controller of the DPFC is *** PI controller uses the voltage amplitude and phase angle injected into the system in the series side,along with the modulation ratio of the three-phase converter on the shunt side as the control variables.A multiobjectivecoordinatedcontrol equation is proposed,which factors the constraints of the energy balance between series and shunt side,device capacity limit,safe operation limit,fundamental component,as well as third harmonic component of the injection voltage at the series *** equation minimizes the variance between the actual value of the control target and its given value to ensure that the DC capacitor voltage,both in the series and shunt side,is stable at target *** are conducted to verify correctness and effectiveness of the proposed control method.
