ESG理念推动企业可持续发展及社会责任,但其提升绩效的机制未深入探明。本研究以2011~2022年中国沪深A股公司为样本,分析ESG对企业绩效的影响,并探讨融资约束与数字化转型的中介效应。结论显示:ESG显著提升企业绩效,促进数字化转型,缓解融资难题。通过内在机制分析发现,数字化转型和融资约束在ESG表现与企业绩效之间起到中介作用。异质性分析发现,非国有企业的ESG表现对企业绩效的促进作用更为显著;东部和中部地区企业的ESG责任履行对企业价值的正向影响更强;非重污染企业的ESG表现对企业绩效的积极影响更大。The concept of ESG promotes corporate sustainable development and social responsibility, but the mechanism for improving its performance has not been deeply explored. This study takes Chinese A-share companies from 2011 to 2022 as a sample to analyze the impact of ESG on corporate performance, and explores the mediating effect of financing constraints and digital transformation. The conclusions show that ESG significantly improves corporate performance, promotes digital transformation, and alleviates financing problems. Through the analysis of the internal mechanism, it is found that digital transformation and financing constraints play a mediating role in the relationship between ESG performance and corporate performance. The heterogeneity analysis found that the ESG performance of non-state-owned enterprises had a more significant role in promoting corporate performance. The fulfillment of ESG responsibilities by enterprises in the eastern and central regions has a stronger positive impact on corporate value. The ESG performance of non-heavily polluting companies has a greater positive impact on corporate performance.
随着人口老龄化加剧,老年人对高效社会保障服务需求正在不断上升。本文基于电子商务环境探讨如何创新老年人社会保障服务路径。研究证明,老年人在基本生活、健康管理、生活辅助及精神社交等方面有多元需求。电子商务平台通过丰富服务内容、智能化方式及创新模式满足了这些需求。然而,数字鸿沟和信息安全问题依旧突出。因此本文提出技术创新是关键驱动力,应利用云计算、物联网等技术可构建智能化服务平台,提升服务效率。政策扶持与法律保障是基石,需引导资源流动,规范服务行为。此外还需构建政府、企业、社会组织及志愿者等多元共治格局,形成互补服务生态,提升服务精准性与实效性,为老年人社会保障服务创新提供支持。With the intensification of population aging, the demand for efficient social security services among the elderly is constantly rising. This paper explores how to innovate the social security service path for the elderly in the e-commerce environment. Research shows that the elderly have diverse needs in basic living, health management, life assistance, and mental and social interaction. E-commerce platforms have met these needs through rich service content, intelligent methods, and innovative models. However, the digital divide and information security issues remain prominent. Therefore, this paper proposes that technological innovation is the key driving force, and technologies such as cloud computing and the Internet of Things can be utilized to build intelligent service platforms and improve service efficiency. Policy support and legal protection are the cornerstones, and it is necessary to guide resource flow and standardize service behavior. In addition, a multi-party governance pattern involving the government, enterprises, social organizations, and volunteers should be constructed to form a complementary service ecosystem, enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of services, and provide support for the innovation of social security services for the elderly.
随着人口老龄化趋势加剧,智慧养老服务平台应运而生,本研究主要探讨跨领域合作模式对智慧养老服务平台的提升作用。跨领域合作可整合各类资源,为老年人提供全方位、高品质养老服务,促进技术创新,提高服务质量和效率。目前,国内外已有成功的跨领域合作案例,且模式丰富多样,如宁夏固原模式、上海浦东实践、国外的科技养老和医疗养老相结合,但仍面临信息安全、服务质量的挑战,需加强信息安全防护和强化服务质量监管。总之,跨领域合作是智慧养老服务平台发展的必然趋势,对缓解人口老龄化压力、提高老年人生活质量具有重要意义;未来研究方向有合作模式创新、技术创新、服务内容拓展、用户体验提升和政策支持完善等。With the intensification of the aging trend of the population, the smart elderly care service platform came into being, and this study mainly explores the role of cross-field cooperation model on the promotion of the smart elderly care service platform. Cross-field cooperation can integrate various resources to provide all-round and high-quality elderly care services for the elderly, promote technological innovation, and improve service quality and efficiency. At present, there have been successful cross-field cooperation cases at home and abroad, and the models are rich and diverse, such as the Ningxia Guyuan model, the Shanghai Pudong practice, and the combination of foreign science and technology pension and medical pension, but it still faces the challenges of information security, service quality, and it is necessary to strengthen information security protection and strengthen service quality supervision. In short, cross-field cooperation is an inevitable trend in the development of smart pension service platforms, which is of great significance to alleviate the pressure of population aging and improve the quality of life of the elderly. Future research directions include cooperation model innovation, technological innovation, service content expansion, user experience improvement, and policy support improvement.
针对工业互联网平台在企业供应商选择具有广泛应用前景的情形,本文提出一种基于图片模糊环境的多属性群决策方法。首先,根据工业互联网平台对供应商收集到的多维度信息,企业的决策者形成针对不同属性对备选供应商的初始评价,结合群体一致性和得分最大化原则,构建确定决策者权重的优化模型;其次,基于对备选供应商关于属性集的相关系数矩阵,计算其特征值,确定属性权重,从而得到对备选供应商的综合评价信息;然后依据TODIM的思想,计算得到各供应商的优势度;根据优势度的大小对备选供应商进行排序,选择最佳供应商。最后,用一个新能源产品生产企业选择供应商的算例,验证本方法的可行性和有效性。研究结果表明,结合工业互联网平台的数据,本文提出的方法为企业供应商选择提供了准确可靠的决策依据。In view of the wide application prospect of industrial Internet platform in enterprise supplier selection, this paper proposes a multi-attribute group decision method based on picture fuzzy environment. Firstly, according to the multi-dimensional information collected by the industrial Internet platform for suppliers, decision makers of enterprises form initial evaluation of alternative suppliers under different attributes, and an optimization model to determine the weight of decision makers based on the principle of group consistency and score maximization is constructed. Secondly, based on the correlation coefficient matrix of the candidate supplier about the attribute set, the eigenvalue is calculated and the attribute weight is determined, so as to obtain the comprehensive evaluation information of the candidate supplier. Then, according to the idea of TODIM, dominances of each supplier are calculated. According to the size of dominances, the alternative suppliers are sorted and the best supplier is selected. Finally, an example of selecting suppliers for a new energy product manufacturer is used to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method. The research results show that the method proposed in this paper provides an accurate and reliable decision basis for enterprise supplier selection based on the data of industrial Internet platform.
随着互联网技术的不断进步和社交媒体平台的广泛普及,内容型社交电商在商业养老保险产品推广中的作用日益凸显。内容型社交电商通过生产和分享相关的内容吸引消费者,从而促进商业养老保险产品的了解和购买。这种模式不仅能够提供详尽的产品信息,还能够帮助消费者更好地理解养老保险的重要性和复杂性,从而作出更明智的购买决策。但是在推广的过程中同样存在若干挑战。首先内容的质量与准确性是构建消费者信任的基石,实际操作中确保内容的高标准和专业性是一项艰巨的任务;其次信息量的激增可能导致消费者面临选择困难,从而陷入决策瘫痪;此外为了维持用户的关注度和参与度,平台必须持续创新并更新其内容策略,这本身也是一个不断演变的挑战。在这个背景下,研究内容型社交电商在商业养老保险产品推广中的作用与挑战不仅有助于保险公司更好地利用社交电商平台推广产品,也有助于消费者更好地理解和购买适合自己的养老保险产品。With the continuous progress of Internet technology and the widespread popularity of social media platforms, content-based social e-commerce plays an increasingly prominent role in the promotion of commercial pension insurance products. Content-based social e-commerce attracts consumers by producing and sharing relevant content, thereby promoting the understanding and purchase of commercial pension insurance products. This model can not only provide detailed product information, but also help consumers better understand the importance and complexity of pension insurance, so as to make more informed purchasing decisions. However, in the process of promotion, there are also several challenges. First of all, the quality and accuracy of the content is the cornerstone of building consumer trust, and it is a difficult task to ensure the high standard and professionalism of the content in practice. Secondly, the surge of information may cause consumers to face the difficulty of choice, thus falling into decision-making paralysis. In addition, in order to maintain user attention and engagement, platforms must continue to innovate and update their content strategies, which is an evolving challenge in itself. In this context, the study on the role and challenges of content-based social e-commerce in the promotion of commercial pension insurance products will not only help insurance companies better utilize social e-commerce platforms to promote products, but also help consumers better understand and buy pension insurance products suitable for themselves.
本文采用Stackelberg博弈模型研究由一个数字技术平台企业和一个生产商组成的供应链系统,研究进行数字技术共享的供应链双方的均衡价格和最优利润并引入网络外部性来研究双方的最优决策变化。研究表明:集中决策下平台的利润和最优期望技术研发投入始终高于分散决策;在网络外部性的影响下,两种决策下的产品价格和研发成本投入都有不同程度的提高,集中决策下的数字技术平台为了供应链的整体利益,更有动机进行数字技术的研发和成本投入,实现利益最大化。前期数字平台技术研发成本较低时,集中决策下的产品售价大于分散决策产品售价,但随平台成本提升,优势逐渐弱化,甚至消失。另有研究表明数字平台选择进行技术共享的最优时间节点为网络外部性达到峰值后。最后本文通过设计契约合作模型实现了供应链双方的整体协调,解决了网络外部性下分散决策的劣势扩大化问题。This paper adopts the Stackelberg game model to study a supply chain system composed of a digital technology platform enterprise and a manufacturer. It investigates the equilibrium prices and optimal profits of both parties in the supply chain that share digital technology and introduces network externalities to study the changes in their optimal decisions. The research shows that under centralized decision-making, the platform’s profit and optimal expected technology R&D investment are always higher than under decentralized decision-making. Under the influence of network externalities, the product prices and R&D cost investments under both decision-making modes increase to varying degrees. The digital technology platform under centralized decision-making is more motivated to invest in technology R&D and cost inputs for the overall benefit of the supply chain, maximizing profits. When the initial R&D cost of the digital platform is low, the product price under centralized decision-making is higher than that under decentralized decision-making. However, as the platform cost increases, the advantage gradually weakens and may even disappear. Additionally, the research indicates that the optimal timing for the digital platform to choose technology sharing is after the network externality reaches its peak. Finally, this paper achieves overall coordination between both parties in the supply chain by designing a contract cooperation model, addressing the issue of the amplification of disadvantages under decentralized decision-making in the presence of network externalities.
