Relay-assisted D2D communication can expand the communication range and improve the spectrum efficiency. However, most relay selection algorithms only consider single-hop information between transmitter and relay. To obtain better communication quality, we propose an Improved Relay Selection Strategy based on the Two-hop Social Relationship which not only considers the social relationship of transmitter-to-relay, but also the social relationship of relay-to-receiver. Besides, we combine the social awareness and channel state information to define the social relationship. The strategy determines the candidate relays according to the maximum D2D communication distance firstly, and then selects the optimal relay among candidate ones based on Two-hop Social Relationship (THSR). The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can significantly improve the system throughput. ©2021 IEEE

Severe haze pollution occurs frequently in the winter over the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei(BTH)region(China),exerting profound impacts on air quality,visibility,and human *** Chinese Government has taken strict mitigation actions since 2013 and has achieved a significant reduction in the annual mean PM2.5 concentration over this ***,the level of secondary aerosols during heavy haze episodes showed little decrease during this *** heavy haze episodes,the concentrations of secondary aerosol components,including sulfate,nitrate and secondary organics,in aerosol particles increase sharply,acting as the main contributors to aerosol *** achieve effective control of particle pollution in the BTH region,the precise and complete secondary aerosol formation mechanisms have been investigated,and advances have been made about the mechanisms of gas phase reaction,nucleation and heterogeneous reactions in forming secondary *** paper reviews the research progress in aerosol chemistry during haze pollution episodes in the BTH region,lays out the challenges in haze formation studies,and provides implications and directions for future research.

In order to make full use of the concept of model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and the collaborative design capability of the open model-based engineering environment (OpenMBEE) in establishing complex product development platform, we propose an effective method to solve the problem of unified identity authentication in OpenMBEE integration. The proposed method is based on the Model View Controller(MVC) architecture in OpenMBEE, which has the characteristics strong plasticity and can be benefit for expanding the function in the controller layer. In our research, we make full use of the Software Development Kit (SDK) of OpenMBEE to expand the existing functions in the controller layer, and increase the function of communicating with the application development platform, then realize the function of sharing user authentication information between the development platform and OpenMBEE. After expansion, the system includes three modules, including the Front-end Service Module(FSM), MQ based Information Receiving Service Module(IFRSM), and the OpenMBEE Back-end Server Module(BSM). The effectiveness of the proposed strategies is verified by some practical instances, which verifies that our study can provide an effective design idea for the identity authentication in OpenMBEE integration. ©2021 IEEE

Generation of complete graph states in a spin-1/2 Heisenberg chain with a globally optimized magnetic field

Graph states possess significant practical value in measurement-based quantum computation, with complete graph states that exhibit exceptional performance in quantum metrology. In this work, we introduce a method for generating multiparticle complete graph states using a spin-1/2 Heisenberg XX chain subjected to a time-varying magnetic field, which applies to a wide range of systems. Our scheme relies exclusively on nearest-neighbor interactions between atoms, with real-time magnetic field formation facilitated by quantum optimal control theory. We focus specifically on neutral-atom systems, finding that multiparticle complete graph states with N=3–6 can be achieved in less than 0.25µs, using a hopping amplitude of J/(2π)=−2.443MHz. This assumes an initial state provided by an equal-weight superposition of all spin states that are encoded by the dipolar-interacting Rydberg states. Furthermore, we thoroughly address various experimental imperfections and showcase the robustness of our approach against atomic vibrations, fluctuations in pulse amplitude, and spontaneous emission of Rydberg states. Taking into account the common occurrence of disturbances in the experimental setups of neutral-atom systems, our one-step strategy to achieve such graph states emerges as a viable alternative to techniques based on controlled-Z gates.

The comprehensive modeling and simulation method of multi-element electric hydrogen fusion system, are proposed in this paper. The corresponding control strategy for all the power electronic converters are designed to adapt the condition of power fluctuation and bi-directional energy flow. The typical energy and power flow mode of the system and the efficiency of the hydrogen production component are analyzed, which can be applied for the preliminary planning and design for this sort of integrated offshore clean energy system.

With the rapid development of science and knowledge economy, traditional supply chain management has been unable to adapt to the ever-changing competitive environment. When a large amount of data is exchanged, it is easy to cause various privacy and security issues, and data between enterprises cannot be accurately shared. At the same time, there are still a lot of manual operations in each link, with long process delays and low efficiency. This paper proposes a blockchain-based supply chain privacy protection and data collaboration scheme. By using blockchain, data privacy and collaboration can be guaranteed based on a more accurate assessment of supplier capabilities. At the same time, this solution improves the efficiency of cooperation between enterprises more safely and reasonably, and makes the supply chain system circulate more smoothly. © 2023 SPIE.

Synthetic aperture radar (SAR) imagery is susceptible to the non-systematic motion error, which will defocus the data in the training set. Also, traditional convolutional neural networks (CNN) are random in the features utilized, many of which are useless for practical target recognition. To this end, quantizable feature oriented utilitarian CNN (QFO-UCNN) is proposed in this paper, where the defocusing can be alleviated via a quantizable entropy norm regularizer. To overcome the non-convexity of the optimization function, a tight surrogate function is designed to ensure the closed-form solution of the focusing feature. Besides, the dominant feature of sparsity is encoded by a l 1 norm, where the sparse feature is quantified via a closed-form soft-thresholding operator. In such cases, two useful features are quantified and constrained in the CNN, which improves the intentionality of the intended SAR target recognition. The canonical MSTAR dataset is employed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, when the data encounters the non-systematic and multiplicative phase error.
