The modified analytic embedded atom method (MAEAM) model and the anharmonic theory are used to study the bulk modulus of f cc Al metal. The result shows that the bulk modulus can be described by a quadratic function of temperature. The result is in good agreement with the experimental data and theoretical results calculated by the first principle calculation etc. This outcome indicates that the temperature dependence of the bulk modulus for f cc Al metal can be academically studied with the MAEAM model combining with the anharmonic theory.

The ability to detect and classify the type of fault plays a great role in the protection of power system. This procedure is required to be precise with no time consumption. In this paper detection of fault type has been implemented using wavelet analysis together with wavelet entropy principle. The simulation of power system is carried out using PSCAD/EMTDC. Different types of faults were studied obtaining various current waveforms. These current waveforms were decomposed using wavelet analysis into different approximation and details. The wavelet entropy of such decompositions is analyzed reaching a successful methodology for fault classification. The suggested approach is tested using different fault types and proven successful identification for the type of fault.

It is popular that there exist multiple objectives in practical control system. To solve this problem, a dynamic multi-objective control algorithm based on NSGA-II is presented. Based on the multi-objective evolutionary algorithm and the tight relation between the system states of the neighboring sampling instants, a multi-objective iterative compatible control algorithm is proposed which can cope with both the convex/non-convex control problem as well as improve the computing speed. Considering the two objectives speed and energy cost in the control of IPMCs propelled robotic fish, the algorithm is successfully applied to it to illuminate its validity. The result also shows the potential for the multi-objective evolutionary algorithm to the real-time control field.
