The purpose of this research is to develop an interactive learning media application by using gamification approach in smartphone, to help the blind children to improve interest and enthusiasm for learning, and increase their understanding of the material presented. Moreover, the current conditions for the unavailability of interactive learning media for blind children in Indonesian. The process of developing this application uses the Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) method which consists of initiation, pre-production, production, testing, beta, and release. This application has been tested on several respondents. From this study, developing the useful application, easy to use, and accommodates all their needs.

There have been many studies conducted related to Smart City, IT Governance and Big Data. In this study aims to find out how the relationship between the three and how to form a framework to explain it. The methodology used is qualitative by looking for some literature on smart city framework, IT Governance framework, and a Big Data framework. From these results, an overall picture of the relationship between the three is concluded, where Big Data has a role in IT Governance. and also the relationship of IT Governance to the realization of Smart City. And the final results of this study produce a framework to explain the relationship between Smart City, IT Governance and Big Data.

This paper aims to create a concept for the UI (User Interface) design for the NTWDR (nusantara Traditional Wastra Digital Repository) with a touch of Indonesian local wisdom focusing on the implementation of Visual Communication Design and the implementation of eight golden rules of UI web-based and mobile applications to the NTWDR (nusantara Traditional Wastra Digital Repository). The research is essential as kick-off research to the UX (User Experience) research that will be conducted after the UI (User Interface) is done. The research adapted the Design Thinking method of IDEO and Stanford ***: Empathize, Interpretation, Ideation, Experimentation, and Test. It was designed with a simple sitemap that easy to follow and directly to the core of data. The uses of nusantara colors and the interweaving of the intangible culture values of each NTW (nusantara Traditional Wastra) are visual concepts behind each page of the NTWDR UI (nusantara Traditional Wastra Digital Repository User Interface) design. The Result is the enchanting visual design representing nusantara's diversity that attracts to be experienced and surfed.

COVID-19 has received tremendous attention from scholars worldwide and even being labelled as a black swan event that has disrupted every aspect of human life. Within a short time span of the pandemic, a large volume of research pertaining to COVID-19 has been published in diverse research fields. This paper adopts a bibliometric analysis to systematically evaluate the research development in the application of optimization and simulation methods to address COVID-19 physical distancing policy (OSPhyD) using Bibliometrix R package. A textual query on Scopus database using the combination of four classes of keywords; covid-19, optimization, simulation, and physical distance has returned a total of 299 original research articles and reviews published in English. Appropriate visualizations were generated to describe the collaborations between different authors, countries, and institutions, whilst co-word analysis that uses text mining technique has produced a conceptual cluster via co-occurrence network map to underscore the emerging themes in the current research interest. The main findings pinpoint that: 1) OSPhyD as a scientific research field is an emerging multidisciplinary research topic that is growing progressively and steadily in the fields of medicine, engineering, social sciences, mathematics and decision science, 2) The field has attracted the attention of scholars from all over the world particularly from United States of America, United Kingdom, European countries including authors from Asia, and 3) Three dominant themes or research front emerged from the publications including COVID-19 mainstream, medical education and undergraduate.

The main objective of this research is to explore the success factors of implementation information technology (IT) in supply chain management. The method used is a literature review with meta-analysis approach, meta-analysis used by using keywords that describe the search. The results of this study found 56 success factors, after further analysis found 21 success factors are very influential from the implementation IT, among others: Efficient, Integration, Cost, Effectiveness, Communication, Ability, Timeliness, Accurate, Accurate, Performance, Coordination, Flexible, Automation, Quality, Transparent, Real-Time, Responsiveness, Trust, Speed, Completeness, Relationships, Suitability. This factor gives the company the desire to implement IT in the supply chain. The application of IT has a positive influence on all supply chain activities so it can improve the processes that occur within the company from purchasing raw materials, production processes, logistics, customer service. All this gives the opportunity for a company to compete globally with others. © 2018 IEEE.

The main function of school operations is scoring and reporting. Each of them is unique in every school and cannot be generalized although using the same curriculum. school personnel such as headmaster, teacher, and staff also not only assigned to one school location and can have multiple roles in each school location. With that complexity, a single query is not fast enough to generate a scoring report. This paper proposed the system business intelligence which can analyze the progress of student learning. This paper used nine steps to design a data warehouse as a tool business intelligence. The On-line Analytical Processing (OLAP) is used to analyze the data and visualize them using dashboard. By using data warehouse, each school can answer business question relation to scoring and visualize them in a dashboard to make a decision.

Automatic essay grader is a program that is designed to grade an essay automatically. Some of automatic essay grader have been made using string kernel, word embedding and reinforced learning method. The objective of this research is to develop an application to help users in grading English digital essays. Grading is done based on 12 score features. Argumentative and narrative essays written by junior high school students are utilized as the dataset. By using XGBoost as the classifier, this research produces an automated essay grader with an average accuracy of 66.87%. Evaluation is conducted using 5-fold cross validation method.

Students can use social media such as Twitter for online learning (E-Learning). This study aims to analyse an accuracy for the sentiments of students about E-Learning who use Indonesian on Twitter social media both positive and negative opinions. The algorithms used are Naive Bayes (NB). Then to optimize the accuracy of the calculation results, the Particle Swarm Optimization (NB-PSO) approach is used. In order to optimize accurate results, this study uses three experimental sequences (scenario 1, scenario 2, and scenario 2) for both NB and NB-PSO algorithms. Each scenario uses different positive and negative comments. The results of the experiment show that in scenario 1 an increase in accuracy is 10.00% for NB-PSO. Scenario 2 there is an increase in accuracy of 13.33% on NB-PSO. Meanwhile, in scenario 3 an increase in accuracy is 27.22% for NB-PSO. These results prove that the accuracy of NB-PSO is better than NB for all scenarios. © 2019 IOP Publishing Ltd. All rights reserved.

Airport runway designs must consider wind climatology to reduce the potential for crosswind and tailwind events that can cause accidents and aircraft delays. The large potential of crosswind and tailwind on a runway at the airport is very detrimental to aircraft passengers and airlines. Therefore, it is necessary to know the potential of crosswind and tailwind on the runway of Soekarno Hatta Airport and find the right parameters for the approximate direction and speed of the wind on the airport runway. Analysis was carried out using the direction and wind speed data from the Soekarno Hatta meteorological station in 2007-2017 to determine the potential for crosswind and tailwind on the runway of Soekarno Hatta airport and run a Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) weather model to determine the parameterization of the right weather model for wind forecast at Soekarno Hatta airport. The highest maximum crosswind component in the 2007-2017 period occurred in August 30.53 knots, while the highest maximum tailwind of 25 knots occurred in January for a 250-degree runway and 24 knots occurred in August for a 070-degree runway. The potential for crosswind and tailwind is different every month. The scheme produces forecasts of wind direction and speed with a strong level of correlation with observations of wind direction and speed from the Soekarno Hatta meteorological station, the correlation value is 0.61. The most significant social impact of plane delays is time loss for passengers. While the economic impact on one of the crosswind events at Soekarno Hatta airport was an economic loss for one airline of US $ 43,392.

Since ERP solution facilitates has changed in business environment and also has helped in supporting managerial level to make decision. Therefore, ERP system is important strategy for organization's survival. One of the critical issues that affect a successful ERP implementation is the implementation method. In previous research, it showed that many organizations had faced complexity when they were implementing ERP in order to meet their requirements. In other cases, the ERP systems are unable to provide solution which is a simplicity of the necessary business processes. The ERP implementation complexity is one of the factors that lead the failures. Thus, here, we intend to propose an agile approach to reduce complexity and eventually our intention is to improve ERP implementing to become more successful. In this study, we are employing a systematic literature review (SLR) approach to identify the principles factors of the agile methods for ERP implementation. In result of employing this SLR method, we found that agile values and principles are correlated in ERP implementation complexity. © 2018 IEEE.
