Aiming at the shortage of conventional aircraft landing gear unlocking by mechanical, hydraulic and air conditioning methods and the mature development of electric actuation technology, taking a certain aircraft as an example, the upper lock unlocking was changed to an electric actuation mode. The design of mechanical unlocking mechanism, electric unlocking control system and mechanism mechanics analysis, combined with the 3D modeling features of LMS *** Motion and the mechatronic modeling advantages of LMS *** AMESim, carried out the combination of electric unlocking and control systems simulation analysis. Finally, a model of the electrically operated unlocking system prototype was physically tested on a landing gear test bench of a certain model. The test results show that the designed electrically operated unlocking system of the upper gear of the landing gear can successfully open the lock. The operating time and force are within the design range, which proves the effectiveness and correctness of the electric unlocking technology. © 2022 IET Conference Proceedings. All rights reserved.

We consider a set of players who have to make a joint decision under uncertainty and learn via gradient dynamics how to reach the maximal profit for the coalition while the game is running and the revenue gets allocated to the players. The main result is the convergence of the intertwined learning-allocation dynamics to a stable solution which yields the maximal profit for the coalition and a stable allocation in the core of the asymptotic game.

Outage work planning has been essential to maintain the power grid system. For the operators, the planning is troublesome. It is caused by too complex process. The past few years, we have been developing Outage Work planning Collaboration system (OWCS) with some mathematical optimization techniques. Especially, Security Constrained Economic Dispatch(SCED) is extened in some ways to handle various power grid situations.

The target trajectory prediction method can assist pilots in situation awareness and provide support for decision-making to improve the capacity to gain the advantage during high dynamic within-visual-range air combat. Aiming at the problem of traditional methods based on the Cartesian frame, such as the low utilization of training data and the weak generalization, and the low accuracy of the existing time series prediction models, a target trajectory prediction method in air combat based on Wavelet-Attention-GRU under the Frenet frame is proposed. In this method, the air combat features are described via the spatial trajectory curve based on the Frenet frame; the target trajectory prediction model is established by combining the GRU network with the improved multi-head self-attention mechanism by adding wavelet transform. Finally, the one-to-one within-visual-range air combat dataset obtained via the high-fidelity air combat simulator is applied to train and test the trajectory prediction model.

This paper explores the cubic-regularized Newton method within a federated learning framework while addressing two major concerns: privacy leakage and communication bottlenecks. We propose the Differentially Private Federated Cubic Regularized Newton (DP-FCRN) algorithm, which leverages second-order techniques to achieve lower iteration complexity than first-order methods. We incorporate noise perturbation during local computations to ensure privacy. Furthermore, we employ sparsification in uplink transmission, which not only reduces the communication costs but also amplifies the privacy guarantee. Specifically, this approach reduces the necessary noise intensity without compromising privacy protection. We analyze the convergence properties of our algorithm and establish the privacy guarantee. Finally, we validate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm through experiments on a benchmark dataset. © 2024, CC BY.

This paper proposes a novel method to solve the problem of regional surveys on the ocean in a complex environment. In order to solve this challenging regional survey problem considering fully connected, a new method combined artificial potential field and game theory is designed to maximize the coverage ratio. This paper gives the mathematical model of information transfer between two unmanned surface vehicles(USVs), and then the motion strategy of USVs is given based on the idea of game theory. The area coverage task of the multi-USV system is realized by a control method similar to the artificial potential field method.

Decentralized strategies have been extensively applied to LQ optimal control problems, whereas, stochastic systems with unknown random parameters have not been comprehensively studied. In this paper, we consider a class of stochastic systems with a decentralized configuration consisting of multiple controllers which have access to Gaussian noises with unknown statistical information. The stabilizing and optimal control strategies are acquired by designing a novel stochastic approximation algorithm recursively evaluating the zero points of certain matrix equations, which is confirmed to be equivalent with solving the corresponding Riccati equations. The proof of convergence and boundness of the proposed algorithm is presented.

In this paper, we study the optimal control problem of a linear quadratic stochastic system where the randomness results from multiplicative noises. Especially, two controllers having access to different information are involved in the system. Different from most of the existing results which are based on the condition that the information of multiplicative noise is known during the design of optimal controllers, we focus on a more general case that the statistical information of the multiplicative noise is inaccessible. Under this setting, we propose a stochastic approximation algorithm to derive the solutions to algebraic Riccati equations and obtain the optimal and stabilizing decentralized controllers. © 2023, The Authors. This paper aims to analyze the motion behavior of an origami robot with a coupled bar-hinge mechanism. By disassembling the planar six-hinge mechanism into two planar four-hinge mechanisms with coupled motion, this paper derives the kinematics of the planar six-hinge mechanism based on the algebraic differential kinematics of the planar four-hinge motions. The rotational angle change and the moving step length of the origami robot are further calculated. Finally, the theoretical motion model is verified with the motion simulation data of the planar six-hinge mechanism origami robot in SolidWorks and the experimental data of the physical model. This verification proves the feasibility of the theoretical analysis, simulation model, and physical model.
