Medical Imaging Segmentation is an essential technique for modern medical *** is the foundation of many aspects of clinical diagnosis,oncology,and computer-integrated surgical *** significant successes have been achieved in the segmentation of medical images,DL(deep learning)*** delineation of OARs(organs at risk)is vastly dominant but it is prone to errors given the complex irregularities in shape,low texture diversity between tissues and adjacent blood area,patientwide location of organisms,and weak soft tissue contrast across adjacent organs in CT *** now several models have been implemented onmulti organs segmentation but not caters to the problemof imbalanced classes some organs have relatively small pixels as compared to *** segment OARs in thoracic CT images,we proposed the model based on the encoder-decoder approach using transfer learning with the efficientnetB7 DL *** have built a fully connected CNN(Convolutional Neural network)having 5 layers of encoding and 5 layers of decoding with efficientnetB7 specifically to tackle imbalance class pixels in an accurate way for the segmentation of *** methodology achieves 0.93405 IOU score,0.95138 F1 score and class-wise dice score for esophagus 0.92466,trachea 0.94257,heart 0.95038,aorta 0.9351 and background *** results showed that our proposed framework can be segmented organs accurately.

Fact verification constitutes a pivotal application in the effort to combat the dissemination of disinformation, a concern that has recently garnered considerable attention. However, previous studies in the field of fact verification, particularly those focused on question-answering dialogue, have exhibited limitations, such as failing to fully exploit the potential of question structures and ignoring relevant label information during the verification process. In this paper, we introduce Label-Infused Iterative information Interacting (LI4), a novel approach designed for the task of question-answering dialogue based fact verification. LI4 consists of two meticulously designed components, namely the Iterative information Refining and Filtering Module (IIRF) and the Fact Label Embedding Module (FLEM). The IIRF uses the Interactive Gating Mechanism to iteratively filter out the noise of question and evidence, concurrently refining the claim information. The FLEM is conceived to strengthen the understanding ability of the model towards labels by injecting label knowledge. We evaluate the performance of the proposed LI4 on HEALTHVER, FAVIQ, and COLLOQUIAL. The experimental results confirm that our LI4 model attains remarkable progress, manifesting as a new state-of-the-art performance. © 2024 ELRA Language Resource Association: CC BY-NC 4.0.

This paper shows a simple, compact and small 8×8 MIMO antenna. The ability of MIMO antennas is to broadcast signals in a various patterns and polarizations is extremely advantageous for contemporary communications systems. Excellent diversity gain (DG > 9.99dB), a low envelop correlation coefficient (ECC 0.002), and extremely low mutual coupling (S2l≥ 27) dB are all characteristics of the constructed MIMO antenna. S-boundaries, energy pattern characteristics, maximum gain, diversity gain, and envelop coefficient are used to evaluate the antenna performance. The mutual Coupling is the most basic fundamental parameter for the MIMO antenna, was likewise analyzed and it was observed that its value is under -27dB. self-decoupled MIMO antennas have a loop type ground antenna which reduces the requirement for extra decoupling structures or a postponed tuning method Antennas for ground radiation and loop antenna are magnetic-current and electric-current components, respectively. The suggested MIMO antennas feature a self-decoupled despite the antenna parts being near together, reduced profile and easy fabrication advantages the suggested, a revolutionary approach called MIMO antenna system is expected to offer excellent isolation and minimal mutual coupling, making it suitable for 5G applications. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper proposes a measurement technique for an integrated complex filter. The proposed method is based on two measurement methods with integrated circuitry for calibration. It is accomplished by applying square waves to an FUT (Filter Under Test) instead of sinusoidal waves or by superposing transfer characteristics obtained by applying a single sinusoidal wave to an FUT. In both of the above methods, the output signal connected to the external measurement equipment via a 50 Ω coaxial cable and so on. In this case, the output signal of the FUT should be amplified by internal or external amplifiers, which degrades the response. However, it is cancelled out by the proposed calibration circuitry with some analog switches. In addition to the above, for the RC polyphase filter, the source resistance and the load capacitance degrade the measurement results and their effect is discussed. The validity of the proposal is confirmed through computer simulation for a third-order RCPF whose passband is 8–40 MHz fabricated by Phenitec 0.6 µm CMOS process. It is shown that the measurement error is −1.10 dB for the square-wave method and −1.00 dB and −0.43 degrees for the superposition method at 40 MHz. © 2025 The Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan.

one of the reasons of women and newborns death in developing countries is the complications during pregnancy and childbirth. An early diagnosis of pregnancy problems would help to alleviate some of these risks. In this work, a suggested solution to help the physicians for fast pregnant diagnosis is proposed. A smart system is designed for easing women diagnosis during pregnancy. The core purpose of this research work is to build up an Android application which gives a deliberate approach in providing the best diagnosis of pregnancy so that women will not be caught in the is the complications during pregnancy. Android application uses Machine Learning algorithms such as decision tree algorithm. In this paper, decision tree algorithm (DT) is used for predicting pregnancy states, which performs better and more robust than the other models. The best diagnosis of pregnancy is predicted using C4.5 and CART algorithms. Proposed system had used decision tree algorithms that employed a database of the most diseases associated with women during pregnancy. Pregnant women is interacted with proposed system via an android application mobile interface, they had provided the algorithm with the case conditions, which processed to guide both physician and pregnant women on the level of risk. Response of the system is based on input data that processed according to predetermined variables and decision tree outcomes. Implemented experiments had proofed the efficiency of the system to facilitate diagnosis for better pregnant mothers' health care. The CART algorithm has gained a better level of evaluation comparing to other C4.5 algorithm. CART algorithm has achieved the highest correctly classified instances and incorrectly classified instances, which were 89.65% in correctly classified instances, 90.77 % in incorrectly classified instances, 9.23% evaluation measure. © 2022 IEEE.

The option of LoRa devices to change some transmission parameters like gain, spreading factor and coding rate makes it adaptable to certain conditions such as greater distances between the receiver and the transmitter, as well as the type of area in which the device is located. In this paper, different combinations of parameters, such as gain, spreading factor and coding rate are used to measure signal strength and signal to noise ratio at various distances between the transmitter and receiver. Different scenarios were selected to analyze the propagation of LoRa signals at different distances and environments. The collected data was analyzed and a conclusion was given for different combinations of parameter settings. © 2022 IEEE.

The continuous collection of physiological data, especially temperature and pressure, throughout the human body, using wireless, skin-adherent detectors based on NFC (near-field communication) technology, is presented in this research study. To better understand human health, forecast illnesses, and avoid problems like pressure ulcers, the article stresses the significance of monitoring skin temperature as well as pressure in diverse anatomical locations. This study proposes a novel NFC-based method for continuous physiological monitoring. It provides hitherto unattainable tracking capabilities for pressure and temperature throughout the human body and has the potential to significantly enhance healthcare results. In order to increase the radius and sensitivities of these sensors, future research will examine enlarged clinical investigations and developments in wireless technology. © 2023 IEEE.
