Live-maintaining work is essential for continuous power supply to the substation. To improve the safety and efficiency of live-maintaining work, this paper proposes an equipotential live-maintaining robot system suitable for 110kV voltage levels. Considering the narrow space, complex working conditions and strong electromagnetic interference in substations, binocular vision technology, manipulator trajectory planning algorithm based on time-energy optimization, high voltage electromagnetic shielding technology are utilized to develop the system, and the live-maintaining robot is successfully applied in actual substation. By accurately identifying and locating the joint bolts and insulator, the robot system can achieve equipotential live-disassemble, live-assemble the joint bolts within 18 minutes and live-clean insulator within 5 minutes, demonstrating its the effectiveness and practicability. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of automation.

Seismic simulation shaking table plays a key role in many industrial structural dynamic experiments. High-precision waveform repetition has a great impact on the experimental accuracy of structural dynamic experiments. The equipment of seismic simulation shaker table has obvious uncertainties in the modeling process, so it is difficult to describe the seismic simulation shaker table with a more accurate mathematical model. Therefore, this paper adopt the Linear Active Disturbance Rejection control (LADRC) to achieve high-precision reproduction of the waveform of the seismic simulation shaker. This method will all the model uncertainty and external disturbance as total disturbance, using the extended state observer (ESO) to estimate the total disturbance, and by using state feedback control law of generalized disturbance compensation, to get better performance of resistance to interference. This method does not rely on the model of the specimen and does not need to obtain prior knowledge of the specimen. In this paper, the inertial and single-degree-of-freedom elastic specimens are simulated for vibration test, and the control effect of this strategy is fully verified by comparison with the traditional PID control method. © 2020 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of automation.

In this paper, we propose a hybrid algorithm that combines an improved Artificial Potential Field (APF) method with the Simulated Annealing (SA) algorithm for path planning of an electric power operation robot manipulator in complex distribution grid environments. To address the unreachable target issue inherent in traditional APF, we introduce a distance regulation factor to optimize the repulsive function. This modification allows the manipulator to smoothly approach the target point as it nears, while the repulsion from obstacles gradually decreases. Additionally, to overcome the limitations of the traditional SA algorithm, such as its tendency to get trapped in local minimum solutions and its inefficiency in complex environments, we propose an adaptive temperature rise strategy. This strategy increases the temperature, enhancing the probability of escaping local optimal solutions. When the APF algorithm becomes trapped in a local optimum, the improved SA algorithm is applied to escape the local minimum. Once the local optimum is avoided, the algorithm switches back to APF to continue the path planning process. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed improved APF-SA algorithm adapts effectively to various complex environments, achieving shorter planning times and higher success rates compared to traditional APF and SA algorithms. It successfully resolves the unreachable target and local minimum problems associated with APF. Finally, the feasibility of the proposed APF-SA fusion algorithm is validated through experiments conducted on an electric power operation robot experimental platform for distribution grid applications.

Real-time strategy (RTS) games have become one of the hotspots in the field of artificial intelligence research due to the large search space, long-term planning, and real-time constraint. In view of the fact that most of the current research on solving the RTS combat problem uses offline training methods, and these methods may need a lot of training time, this work uses an evolutionary algorithm (EA) to directly optimize the units' action sequences online. In order to solve the problems of repetitive actions caused by the neutral area and the size correlation caused by cooperation between units, three search operators are proposed. It is shown that this method can effectively solve the combat problem in RTS games. © 2020 IEEE.

Speech emotion recognition systems have high prediction latency because of the high computational requirements for deep learning models and low generalizability mainly because of the poor reliability of emotional measurements across multiple corpora. To solve these problems, we present a speech emotion recognition system based on a reductionist approach of decomposing and analyzing syllable-level features. Mel-spectrogram of an audio stream is decomposed into syllable-level components, which are then analyzed to extract statistical features. The proposed method uses formant attention, noise-gate filtering, and rolling normalization contexts to increase feature processing speed and tolerance to adversity. A set of syllable-level formant features is extracted and fed into a single hidden layer neural network that makes predictions for each syllable as opposed to the conventional approach of using a sophisticated deep learner to make sentence-wide predictions. The syllable level predictions help to achieve the real-time latency and lower the aggregated error in utterance level cross-corpus predictions. The experiments on IEMOCAP (IE), MSP-Improv (MI), and RAVDESS (RA) databases show that the method archives real-time latency while predicting with state-of-the-art cross-corpus unweighted accuracy of 47.6% for IE to MI and 56.2% for MI to IE. Overhauser magnetometer reaches an ultra-high accuracy benefit from the outputted frequency of free induction decay transversal signal is proportional to the magnetization on measuring the real scalar geomagnetic field. Nevertheless, the magnitude of the accuracy is an important factor that severely affects the validity of geomagnetic field data. Since the real value of the geomagnetic field is unknown, we propose a measurement quality estimation method through analyzing the envelope of the free induction decay transversal signal from the Overhauser magnetometer. The estimation model includes the SNR and the decay slope characteristics of the signal is indicated in an two-digit number changes from 00∼99. The results demonstrated that the proposed estimation method can effective performance the reliability of magnetometer measurement data in our experiments. © COPYRIGHT SPIE. In the environment of limited electricity supply in distribution network, due to the limitation of its own power capacity and the uncertainty of new energy output, there will be insufficient electricity supply in microgrid, which will affect the economy and comfort of users in microgrid system. Therefore, aiming at the situation of limited electricity supply in distribution network, multi-microgrid system is taken as the research object, and the cooperative game method is adopted to realize the energy sharing of multi-microgrid system, and then the limited electricity optimal dispatching model of multi-microgrid system is constructed to realize the reasonable power distribution for different types of loads. Finally, the simulation results show that this strategy can effectively realize power sharing, reduce outage loss and improve user satisfaction.

Changes in coal seam hardness cause fluctuations in the feed resistance at the drill bit during the drilling process, leading to unstable feeding speed. This paper proposes a robust dynamic output feedback controller to suppress disturbances caused by the variations in coal seam hardness in the feed system. Firstly, an unknown parameter measuring coal seam hardness is introduced, and an uncertain model of the feeding system is established based on the finite element model of the drill string. By designing weighted functions based on industrial field requirements and constructing a generalized plant, the controller achieves loop shaping, reducing the low-frequency impact of coal seam hardness variations on the feed system and suppressing the systems resonance peak. Simulation results demonstrate that the controller effectively suppresses parameter variations and external disturbances caused by changes in coal seam hardness, achieving stable control of the drilling speed.

Ant colony optimization (ACO) has been found to be useful on several vehicle routing problem variations. In this work, ACO is applied to the electric vehicle routing problem with time windows (E-VRPTW). The E-VRPTW has a hierarchical multiple objective function, which is to minimize the number of electric vehicles and the total distance traveled. A multiple ACO is applied to E-VRPTW in which two colonies cooperate to minimize the objectives in parallel. A local search is embedded in ACO to improve the quality of the output. The experimental results on a set of benchmark instances show that the multiple ACO is competitive with existing methods.
