Effective spare parts inventory management can not only ensure timely maintenance of equipment maintenance activities, but also reduce inventory capital occupation and improve the economic benefits of enterprises. In this paper, we present a condition-based maintenance strategy that considers spare parts issues for systems, with the goal of jointly optimizing conditional-based maintenance and spare parts management. Random systems are gradually degraded and continuously monitored. Spare parts supply using (S-1,S) type inventory strategy. According to the proposed strategy, the replacement of components is based on the actual degree of degradation, which is caused by the demand for spare parts. The Monte Carlo simulation method was used to simulate the proposed condition-based maintenance and spare parts replacement strategy. Therefore, the optimal solution is obtained by jointly optimizing the spare parts and condition-based maintenance of the components. Finally, a numerical example is delivered to show the proposed method.

The constraints are analyzed from the angle of bow height error and acceleration. In order to solve the defects of the low level of intelligence, poor scalability and low communication rate of the point-to-point protocol converter in the traditional E-workshop. Based on the existing CAN/RS485/Ethernet protocol, a workshop communication system based on STM32F4 control chip is designed. The communication interface of CAN/RS485/Ethernet and the software implementation of protocol conversion are given. The simulation and experimental results show that the data transmission rate of the communication system is significantly better than the traditional point-to-point protocol converter, and the data transmission is accurate and the bit error rate is low. Therefore, the communication system is more in line with the development needs of manufacturing communications.

Based on the SIEMENS PLC control system, a multi agent system model of e workshop is established. The real-time data transmission problem and delay model are analyzed. On this basis, the traditional Greedy algorithm is improved and applied to multi Agent systems. Cutting force coefficients are the key factors for efficient and accurate prediction of milling force. This paper presents a new method to calibrate the cutting force coefficients using the surface errors related to milling of thin-walled workpiece including effect of cutter runout. The surface error is separated into nominal surface error and perturbation component due to runout. By analyzing forming of surface error, cutter deformation and deflection of thin-walled workpiece, the result that cutter runout has no effect on the average surface error is achieved. Relationship between nominal surface error and cutting force coefficients is constructed, and also an approach for extraction of nominal surface error from measured surface error is proposed. Then, the cutting force coefficients are estimated conveniently. Milling tests are carried out to verify the proposed method. A good agreement between predicted results and experimental results is achieved, which shows that the method is efficient.
