In this work,we have systematically investigated the post-thermal annealing-induced enhancement in photovoltaic performance of a 2,4-bis[4-(N,N-diisobutylamino)-2,6-dihydroxyphenyl]squaraine(DIBSQ)/C60 planar heterojunction(PHJ)organic solar cells(OSCs).An increased power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 3.28%has been realized from a DIBSQ/C60 device with thermal annealing at 100°C for 4 min,which is about 33%enhancement compared with that of the as-cast *** improvement of the device performance may be mainly ascribed to the crystallinity of the DIBSQ film with post-thermal annealing,which will change the DIBSQ donor and C60 acceptor interface from^PHJ to hybrid planar-mixed *** new donor-acceptor heterojunction structure will significantly improve the charge separation and charge collection efficiency,as well as the open circuit voltage(Voc)of the device,leading to an enhanced *** work provides an effective strategy to improve the photovoltaic performance of SQ-based OSCs.

Aiming at the time redundancy in the fiat panel display (FPD) imaging process, the paper studied some problems for FPD gray scale controlling based on the fraetal theory, dissertates the construction of the space-time mapping topology architecture, the proposition of optimal scanning structure for FPD's gray imaging, and the creation of the fractal theoretic model. Then the logic implementation and systemapplication are presented based on the fraetal model of the optimal scan architecture, and the application results achieved target of eliminating time redundancy and increasing the scanning availability. The novel control mode that the fractal scanning IP core described with Verilog language embedded in the FPGA hardware frame can efficiently increase the imaging gray scales and quality in the FPDs scanning controller and speed up the frame frequency of displaysystem.

In order to explore the novel application of the transparent hole-transporting material 5,10,15-tribenzyl-5Hdiindolo[3,2-a:3',2'-c]-carbazole(TBDI),in this article TBDI is used as an active layer but not a buffer layer in a photodetector(PD),organic light-emitting diode(OLED),and organic photovoltaic cell(OPV) for the first ***,the absorption and emission spectra of a blend layer comprised of TBDI and electron-transporting material bis-(2-methyl-8-quinolinate) 4-phenylphenolate(BAlq) are *** on the absorption properties,an organic PD with a peak absorption at 320 nm is fabricated,and a relatively-high detectivity of 2.44×10^(11) cm· Hz^(1/2)/W under 320-nm illumination is *** TBDI/tris(8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminum(Alq_3) OLED device exhibits a comparable external quantum efficiency and current efficiency to a traditional 4,4-bis[N-(l-naphthyl)-N-phenyl-amino]biphenyl(α-NPD)/Alq_3 OLED.A C_(70)-based Schottky junction with 5 wt%-TBDI yields a power conversion efficiency of 5.0%,which is much higher than 1.7%for an α-NPD-based junction in the same *** results suggest that TBDI has some promising properties which are in favor of the hole-transporting in Schottky junctions with a low-concentration donor.

Compared to the conventional hetero-junction OLED (Cell-HJ), a blue OLED with a graded junction in the interface between hole transporting layer (HTL) and emitted layer (EML) exhibited low drive voltage and significantly improved stability, however loss of efficiency. In order to redeem the decrease in efficiency, a step barrier for electron injection was proposed. The device with a graded junction in side of anode and a step barrier in the side of cathode showed high stability and improved efficiency. By studying Hole-only devices with graded junction and hetero-junction, electron-only cell with a step barrier, the enhancement of stability and improvement of efficiency have been explained.
