Now, satellite video data faces challenges such as complex backgrounds, limited spatial features of targets, and artifacts caused by satellite motion, all of which increase the difficulty of target detection. We have designed a Satellite Video Object Detection Network (SVODNet). The algorithm consists primarily of a temporal dynamic feature extraction module and a grouped channel attention module. The temporal dynamic feature extraction module captures the changes of targets over time by utilizing both global and local information, effectively overcoming the influences from complex backgrounds, limited spatial features, and artifacts. Additionally, to further analyze the dynamic changes of targets throughout the entire video sequence, we employ a grouped channel attention mechanism to integrate global and local information. The SVODNet has been evaluated on Jilin-1 satellite data with competitive results. © 2023 IEEE.

Lung cancer (LC), idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) are the most fatal disorders in the globe, generating frequent human issues. Having IPF and COPD are the risk factors of the LC, but the molecular mechanisms that underlie among IPF, COPD, and LC are not yet elucidated. In this study, we looked for shared molecular indicators and pathways that might explain how individuals with IPF, COPD, and LC are related to one another. GSE24206, GSE76925 and GSE18842 microarray datasets are utilized for IPF, COPD and LC samples. The preprocessing of datasets has done using R language, and then concordant differentially expressed genes (DEGs) are discovered. After that the protein-protein interactions (PPIs) are built using the similar DEGs, and the hub genes are determined using topological analysis. ETS1, MSH2, SORD, RORA and NEDD9 are the PPI network's top 5 hub genes. The pathways of KEGG demonstrated that the concordant DEGs are related to the colorectal cancer and pathways in cancer. Future work for this project will focus on miRNA, TF, and gene ontology (GO) analyses, as well as module analysis networks. Finally, based on the concordant DEGs, a number of potential medications have been suggested. © 2023 IEEE.

Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is biggest preventable cause of early deaths, and hence one of the global preferences of World Health Organization for determent. PAH also induces the vast majority of patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). Both PAH and CKD are inherently connected, but the common molecular pathways and genes of these two disorders have not yet been demonstrated. In this study, we aimed to determine the similar molecular pathways and therapeutic hub proteins in PAH and CKD that may be used to anticipate the progression of the disease. We used Limma package to conduct differential analysis of gene transcripts of PAH and CKD obtained from the Gene Expression repository. The functional annotations of the genes were determined with the use of pathway analysis. Then proteinâprotein interaction (PPI) networks were constructed to determine the hub proteins, and a clustering technique was applied to determine the most significant PPI elements. We separately evaluated the PAH and CKD gene expression-based datasets and discovered 30 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) shared by both PAH and CKD. The pathways of KEGG revealed that the most prevalent DEGs are associated with the Malaria and African trypanosomiasis. Gene ontology (GO), TF and miRNA analysis and module investigation is treated the forthcoming work of this study. Finally, various drug compounds have been suggested based on the concordant DEGs. © 2023 IEEE.

Self-powered photodetectors can convert light into electrical signals without external power input and are widely used in applications such as imaging,sensing,communication,and *** most popular approach for constructing a self-powered photodetector is typically based on the fabrication of an asymmetric metal-semiconductor(MS)contact;however,this technique is seriously limited by the Fermi-level pinning ***,we report a room-temperature photodetector based on multi-layer MoS_(2) sandwiched between two separated asymmetric graphene *** photodetector was driven by the built-in electric field generated by a van der Waals(vd W)contact instead of the traditional MS *** under zero-bias voltage,the highest photoresponsivity of 0.63 AW^(-1) and a specific detectivity of 7.71×10^(12) Jones were achieved at a wavelength of 450 nm with 0.08μW cm^(-2) incident power *** with devices using symmetric contacts,a high ON/OFF current ratio of approximately 1520 and a fast response time on the order of microseconds were also observed in our asymmetric graphene contact *** experimental results may open a novel way toward the realization of vd W contacts for the fabrication of selfpowered photodetectors.

Computing-in-memory (CIM) is an attractive approach for energy-efficient deep neural network (DNN) processing, especially for low-power edge devices. However, today's typical DNNs usually exceed CIM-static random access memory (SRAM) capacity. The introduced off-chip communication covers up the benefits of CIM technique, meaning that CIM processors still encounter the memory bottleneck. To eliminate this bottleneck, we propose a CIM processor, called TT@CIM, which applies the tensor-Train decomposition (TTD) method to compress the entire DNN to fit within CIM-SRAM. However, the cost of storage reduction by TTD is to introduce multiple serial small-size matrix multiplications, resulting in massive inefficient multiply-And-Accumulate (MAC) and quantization operations (QuantOps). To achieve high energy efficiency, three optimization techniques are proposed in TT@CIM. First, TTD-CIM-matched dataflow is proposed to maximize CIM utilization and minimize additional MAC operations. Second, a bit-level-sparsity-optimized CIM macro with high bit-level-sparsity encoding scheme is designed to reduce the power consumption of one MAC operation. Third, a variable precision quantization method and a lookup table-based quantization unit are presented to improve the performance and energy efficiency of QuantOp. Fabricated in 28-nm CMOS and tested on 4/8-bit decomposed DNNs, TT@CIM achieves 5.99-To-691.13-TOPS/W peak energy efficiency depending on the operating voltage. © 1966-2012 IEEE.

A substitution box(S-Box)is a crucial component of contemporary cryptosystems that provide data protection in block *** the moment,chaotic maps are being created and extensively used to generate these SBoxes as a chaotic map assists in providing disorder and resistance to combat cryptanalytical *** this paper,the construction of a dynamic S-Box using a cipher key is proposed using a novel chaotic map and an innovative tweaking *** projected chaotic map and the proposed tweak approach are presented for the first time and the use of parameters in their workingmakes both of these dynamic in *** tweak approach employs cubic polynomials while permuting the values of an initial S-Box to enhance its cryptographic *** of the parameters are provided using the cipher key and a small variation in values of these parameters results in a completely different unique *** analysis and exploration confirmed that the projected chaoticmap exhibits a significant amount of chaotic *** security assessment in terms of bijectivity,nonlinearity,bits independence,strict avalanche,linear approximation probability,and differential probability criteria are utilized to critically investigate the effectiveness of the proposed S-Box against several *** proposed S-Box’s cryptographic performance is comparable to those of recently projected S-Boxes for its adaption in real-world security *** comparative scrutiny pacifies the genuine potential of the proposed S-Box in terms of its applicability for data security.

This paper proposes a One-Wire (OWI) digital communication interface with asynchronous First in First out (FIFO) buffering function based on Advanced High-performance Bus (AHB-Lite), which adopts half-duplex mode to realize networking communication between host and multiple slaves. Based on this design, the interface can be specifically configured by the AHB-Lite bus for data, with reading interface status information, and supports parity and glitch filtering filter functions. In order to realize the stability of single-wire communication with external OWI devices in the data transceiver module, the asynchronous FIFO buffer function is added. During the data transmission process, FIFO can buffer single-threaded data. The finite state machine method is used to control the transmission timing of the OWI interface, and Register Transfer Level (RTL) simulation is carried out, which shows that the design can reduce the use of hardware resources and has good practicability. © 2023 IEEE.
