Mobile crowdsensing (MCS) is a potential technology for large-scale data collection. This technology requires the platform to recruit users to complete tasks in specific areas. A vital issue in MCS is task assignment, and most existing task assignment efforts consider only a single user type, which is not reasonable in real scenarios. Task assignment becomes more complicated when the platform tries to assign tasks to heterogeneous users with a limited budget in the platform. In this paper, we consider a quality-oriented task assignment for heterogeneous users problem. Professional users have a high sensing quality with a high cost, and normal users have a low sensing quality with a low cost First, we model the sensing capabilities and the costs of different users and formulate the quality-oriented task assignment for heterogeneous users problem. Then, we design the integer linear programming form and prove that the problem is NP-hard. By verifying the submodularity of the objective function, we present a greedy algorithm. Considering the inefficiency of the algorithm, we design two genetic algorithms to improve the total sensing quality. Finally, we evaluate the proposed algorithms under different cost cases based on a real dataset The results show that our proposed algorithm performs well under different cost distribution scenarios. © 2023 IEEE.

Lead selenide(PbSe)colloidal quantum dots(CQDs)are suitable for the development of the next-generation of photovoltaics(PVs)because of efcient multiple-exciton generation and strong charge coupling *** date,the reported high-efcient PbSe CQD PVs use spin-coated zinc oxide(ZnO)as the electron transport layer(ETL).However,it is found that the surface defects of ZnO present a difculty in completion of passivation,and this impedes the continuous progress of *** address this disadvantage,fuoride(F)anions are employed for the surface passivation of ZnO through a chemical bath deposition method(CBD).The F-passivated ZnO ETL possesses decreased densities of oxygen vacancy and a favorable band *** from these improvements,PbSe CQD PVs report an efciency of 10.04%,comparatively 9.4%higher than that of devices using sol-gel(SG)ZnO as *** are optimistic that this interface passivation strategy has great potential in the development of solution-processed CQD optoelectronic devices.

Secondary electron emission model for photo-emission from metals in the vacuum ultraviolet

This study investigates two secondary electron emission(SEE)models for photoelectric energy distribution curves f(E_(ph),hγ),B,E_(mean),absolute quantum efficiency(AQE),and the mean escape depth of photo-emitted electronsλof *** proposed models are developed from the density of states and the theories of photo-emission in the vacuum ultraviolet and SEE,where B is the mean probability that an internal photo-emitted electron escapes into vacuum upon reaching the emission surface of the metal,and E_(mean)is the mean energy of photo-emitted electrons measured from *** formulas for f(E_(ph),hγ),B,λ,E_(mean),and AQE that were obtained were shown to be correct for the cases of Au at hγ=8.1–11.6 eV,Ni at hγ=9.2–11.6 eV,and Cu at hγ=7.7–11.6 *** photoelectric cross sections(PCS)calculated here are analyzed,and it was confirmed that the calculated PCS of the electrons in the conduction band of Au at hγ=8.1–11.6eV,Ni at hγ=9.2–11.6 eV,and Cu at hγ=7.7–11.6 eV are correct.

To address the problem of network security situation assessment in the Industrial Internet,this paper adopts the evidential reasoning(ER)algorithm and belief rule base(BRB)method to establish an assessment ***,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the Industrial Internet and selects evaluation indicators that contain not only quantitative data but also qualitative ***,the evaluation indicators are fused with expert knowledge and the ER *** to the fusion results,a network security situation assessment model of the Industrial Internet based on the ER and BRB method is established,and the projection covariance matrix adaptive evolution strategy(P-CMA-ES)is used to optimize the model *** method can not only utilize semiquantitative information effectively but also use more uncertain information and prevent the problem of combinatorial ***,it solves the problem of the uncertainty of expert knowledge and overcomes the problem of low modeling accuracy caused by insufficient ***,a network security situation assessment case of the Industrial Internet is analyzed to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the *** research results showthat this method has strong applicability to the network security situation assessment of complex Industrial Internet *** can accurately reflect the actual network security situation of Industrial Internet systems and provide safe and reliable suggestions for network administrators to take timely countermeasures,thereby improving the risk monitoring and emergency response capabilities of the Industrial Internet.

Ridesharing benefits the economy and the environment. In multi-hop ridesharing, passengers are permitted to switch vehicles within a single trip, extending the flexibility of conventional ridesharing. Nonetheless, vehicle dispatch is a difficult issue in multi-hop ridesharing. We subdivide the vehicle dispatching problem into the vehicle pairing problem and the request selection problem within a vehicle pair. To address these subproblems, we propose a two-stage framework for vehicle pair dispatching. In the initial stage, we model the vehicle pairing problem as a maximum vehicle-vehicle matching problem in a general graph, which differs from the conventional vehicle-request matching problem in a bipartite graph. The vehicle pairing algorithm is proposed to efficiently solve the vehicle pairing problem. In the second stage, we model the request selection problem as a multidimensional knapsack problem (d-KP) and propose an LP-relaxation request selection algorithm with an approximation ratio 1/5. Experiments conducted on a real-world dataset demonstrate the economic benefit of our proposed two-stage framework. © 2023 IEEE.

Nonequilibrium carrier and phonon dynamics in the ferrimagnetic semiconductor Mn3Si2Te6

We investigate the ultrafast carrier and phonon dynamics in the ferrimagnetic semiconductor Mn3Si2Te6 using time-resolved optical pump-probe spectroscopy. Our results reveal that the electron-phonon thermalization process with a subpicosecond timescale is prolonged by the hot-phonon bottleneck effect. We identify the subsequent relaxation processes associated with two nonradiative recombination mechanisms, i.e., phonon-assisted electron-hole recombination and defect-related Shockley-Read-Hall recombination. Temperature-dependent measurements indicate that all three relaxation components show large variation around 175 and 78 K, which is related to the initiation of spin fluctuation and ferrimagnetic order in Mn3Si2Te6. In addition, two pronounced coherent optical phonons are observed, in which the phonon with a frequency of 3.7 THz is attributed to the A1g mode of Te precipitates. Applying the strain pulse propagation model to the coherent acoustic phonons yields a penetration depth of 506 nm and a sound speed of 2.42 km/s in Mn3Si2Te6. Our results develop understanding of the nonequilibrium properties of the ferrimagnetic semiconductor Mn3Si2Te6 and also shed light on its potential applications in optoelectronic and spintronic devices.

The existing optical cryptosystems always process the plaintexts into a random noise image, and the length of the key in the encryption progress is generally much longer than that of the plaintext. In this work, a Harr-wavelet-based optical cryptosystem using the convex lens is proposed. This scheme only needs recording the amplitude. The encryption key includes a series of parameters which is quite shorter than the length of the plaintext. These keys are natural inherent parameters. The Harr transform is introduced to improve the sensibilities of encryption keys and reduce the length of the ciphertexts. The ciphertext is a diffraction-pattern-like image which contains no information of plaintext. Besides, the cost of the whole optical encryption is reduced heavily. Extensive numerical simulations are carried out to verify the security, feasibility, and sensibilities of encryption keys of the proposed encryption scheme. In addition, how to properly select encryption keys is also discussed. © 2024 SPIE.

Due to their unique photoelectric properties,nontoxic tin-based perovskites are emerging candidates for efficient near-infrared ***,the facile oxidation of Sn2+and the rapid crystallization rate of tin-based perovskites result in suboptimal film quality,leading to inferior efficiencies of tin-based perovskite light-emitting diodes(Pero-LEDs).In this study,we investigate the influence of commonly used solvents on the quality of the CsSnI3 ***,DMSO exhibits a stronger interaction with SnI2,forming a stable intermediate phase of SnI2·*** intermediate effectively inhibits the oxidation of Sn2+and slows down the crystallization rate,bringing in lower defect state density and higher photoluminescence quantum yield of the pre-pared perovskite ***,the corresponding Pero-LEDs achieve a maximum external quantum efficiency(EQE)of 5.6%,among the most effi-cient near-infrared *** addition,the device processes ultra-low effi-ciency roll-off and high *** research underscores the crucial role of solvent-perovskite coordination in determining film *** find-ings offer valuable guidance for screening solvents to prepare highly efficient and stable tin-based perovskites.

Contrastive Clustering for Unsupervised Recognition of Interference Signals

Interference signals recognition plays an important role in anti-jamming *** the development of deep learning,many supervised interference signals recognition algorithms based on deep learning have emerged recently and show better performance than traditional recognition ***,there is no unsupervised interference signals recognition algorithm at *** this paper,an unsupervised interference signals recognition method called double phases and double dimensions contrastive clustering(DDCC)is ***,in the first phase,four data augmentation strategies for interference signals are used in data-augmentation-based(DA-based)contrastive *** the second phase,the original dataset’s k-nearest neighbor set(KNNset)is designed in double dimensions contrastive *** addition,a dynamic entropy parameter strategy is *** simulation experiments of 9 types of interference signals show that random cropping is the best one of the four data augmentation strategies;the feature dimensional contrastive learning in the second phase can improve the clustering purity;the dynamic entropy parameter strategy can improve the stability of DDCC *** unsupervised interference signals recognition results of DDCC and five other deep clustering algorithms show that the clustering performance of DDCC is superior to other *** particular,the clustering purity of our method is above 92%,SCAN’s is 81%,and the other three methods’are below 71%when jammingnoise-ratio(JNR)is−5 *** addition,our method is close to the supervised learning algorithm.
