As one of the main methods of device free localization (DFL) that can locate a target without attaching any devices, the radio tomographic imaging (RTI) method based on the low-cost wireless sensor network (WSN) has wide application prospects. The current RTI positioning methods mainly determine a target position by searching the maximum brightness pixel in a RTI map. However, due to the existence of environmental noises and interference, the brightness of the pseudo-Target is often greater than that of the real target, resulting in a misjudgment of the target and even a great positioning error. In this paper, an enhanced RTI (E-RTI) positioning method that combines target shape features with the target brightness feature is proposed for overcoming this problem. This method can effectively reduce the negative influence of pseudo-Targets and environmental noises by using the target shape prior information. The experimental results show that the positioning accuracy of this method is better than the existing RTI method. © 2019 IEEE.

Hyperspectral image (HSI) classification has been a hot topic for decides, as hyperspectral images have rich spatial and spectral information and provide strong basis for distinguishing different land-cover objects. Benefiting from the development of deep learning technologies, deep learning based HSI classification methods have achieved promising performance. Recently, several neural architecture search (NAS) algorithms have been proposed for HSI classification, which further improve the accuracy of HSI classification to a new level. In this paper, NAS and Transformer are combined for handling HSI classification task for the first time. Compared with previous work, the proposed method has two main differences. First, we revisit the search spaces designed in previous HSI classification NAS methods and propose a novel hybrid search space, consisting of the space dominated cell and the spectrum dominated cell. Compared with search spaces proposed in previous works, the proposed hybrid search space is more aligned with the characteristic of HSI data, that is, HSIs have a relatively low spatial resolution and an extremely high spectral resolution. Second, to further improve the classification accuracy, we attempt to graft the emerging transformer module on the automatically designed convolutional neural network (CNN) to add global information to local region focused features learned by CNN. Experimental results on three public HSI datasets show that the proposed method achieves much better performance than comparison approaches, including manually designed network and NAS based HSI classification methods. Gravitational-wave high-energy Electromagnetic Counterpart All-sky Monitor (GECAM) is a space-borne instrument dedicated to monitoring high-energy transients, including Terrestrial Gamma-ray Flashes (TGFs) and Terrestrial Electron Beams (TEBs). We implemented a TGF/TEB search algorithm for GECAM, with which 147 bright TGFs, 2 typical TEBs and 2 special TEB-like events are identified during an effective observation time of ∼9 months. We show that, with gamma-ray and charged particle detectors, GECAM can effectively identify and distinguish TGFs and TEBs, and measure their temporal and spectral properties in detail. A very high TGF-lightning association rate of ∼80% is obtained between GECAM and GLD360 in east Asia region. Copyright © 2023, The Authors. All rights reserved.

In this paper, a three-dimensional model of Ceramic Column Grid Array (CCGA) package is established by finite element method, and the reliability of copper pillar bumps under the five manufacturing processes of copper pillar plating, solder joint welding, underfill filling, thermal paste filling and cover sealing is analyzed. Finally, this paper provides guidance for the optimization of fabrication process based on the results of finite element simulation. The results show that the stress and strain values of the solder joints are relatively large due to the higher reflow temperature; relatively large warpage values are generated when the filler and the thermal paste are filled; at the end of the fabrication process, the stress accumulation (von Mises stress) of the copper pillar bumps at the four corners of the package is maximized, and most likely to fail.

Bi 2 Se 3 has emerged as a promising thermoelectric (TE) material due to its environmentally benign composition and earth-abundant constituents. However, the practical implementation of Bi 2 Se 3 -based systems remains challenging due to suboptimal TE performance. This study demonstrates the fabrication of c -axis oriented Bi 2 Se 3 thin films through pulsed laser deposition, with subsequent selenization treatment significantly enhancing TE performance through dual optimization of carrier concentration and crystallographic alignment. A strategic post-deposition selenization process effectively mitigates selenium vacancies and correspondingly reduces the carrier concentration to 2.0×10 19 cm -3 while improving in-plane carrier mobility. A high power factor (PF) of about 9.5 μW⸱cm -1 ⸱K -2 is achieved at 475 K in the highly c -axis oriented Bi 2 Se 3 thin films selenized for about 60 min, outperforming the reported state-of-the-art Bi 2 Se 3 films. Demonstrating practical applicability, an 8-leg planar thin-film device generates an exceptional power density of 441.3 μW/cm 2 under a 25 K temperature gradient, establishing new performance benchmarks for chalcogenide-based microgenerators. These findings provide crucial insights into defect engineering and structural optimization strategies for developing high-performance TE devices compatible with self-powered microelectronic applications.

Recently, great effort has been devoted to the search for two-dimensional (2D) ferromagnetic materials with inherent strong Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction (DMI). Here, through a first-principles approach, we systematically investigate the effect of biaxial strain on the DMI, the Heisenberg exchange interaction, and the magnetic anisotropy energy (MAE) of Janus Cr2X3Y3 (X, Y = Cl, Br, I, X ≠ Y) monolayers. Both DMI and MAE can be significantly enhanced by tensile strain, while a reversal of the chirality of DMI in Cr2Cl3Br3 and a switch of MAE from off-plane to in-plane in Cr2I3Cl3 are induced by a compressive strain of 2%. Microscopically, DMI and MAE are associated mainly with the large spin–orbit coupling of the heavy nonmagnetic halogen atoms rather than that of the magnetic Cr atoms. In particular, the peculiar magnetic transition of Cr2I3Cl3 is explained by competition between direct exchange and superexchange interactions. Micromagnetic simulations show that a small external magnetic field of 65 mT stabilizes a skyrmion with a diameter of 9.8 nm in the Cr2I3Cl3 monolayer. Our results will provide guidance for further research on DMI and skyrmions in 2D Janus materials, as well as a basis for the potential applications in spintronic devices. This paper uses ANSYS Workbench (a finite element analysis software) to simulate BGA ceramic packing. The author models fixture, ceramic and metal steel. Then different thickness papers are laid on the BGA product. By random vibration analysis, the natural frequency and mode of the sample are obtained. According the results, the author discusses the relationship between different thickness papers and PSD-frequency curve. It provides a benefit instruction for the design of BGA packing.

To meet the demands of massive connections, diverse quality of services (QoS), ultra-reliable and low latency in the future sixth-generation (6G) Internet-of-vehicle (IoV) communications, we propose non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA)enabled small-cell IoV network (SVNet). We aim to investigate the trade-off between system capacity and energy efficiency through a joint power optimization framework. In particular, we formulate a nonlinear multi-objective optimization problem under imperfect successive interference cancellation (SIC) detecting. Thus, the objective is to simultaneously maximize the sum-capacity and minimize the total transmit power of NOMA-enabled SVNet subject to individual IoV QoS, maximum transmit power and efficient signal detecting. To solve the nonlinear problem, we first exploit a weighted-sum method to handle the multi-objective optimization and then adopt a new iterative Sequential Quadratic Programming (SQP)-based approach to obtain the optimal solution. The proposed optimization framework is compared with Karush-Kuhn-Tucker (KKT)-based NOMA framework, average power NOMA framework, and conventional OMA framework. Monte Carlo simulation results unveil the validness of our derivations. The presented results also show the superiority of the proposed optimization framework over other benchmark frameworks in terms of system sum-capacity and total energy efficiency. © 2021, CC BY.

The collection, editing and processing of all kinds of equipment data is the core of all kinds of weapon equipment integrated support information system. Traditional information processing systems are less scalable, stable, and reliable. This paper proposes an XML Schema based information processing system, which stores the result into XML format which is produced by processing the collected data. Firstly, the system is designed with loosely coupled design mode, which is divided into model transformation module, configuration file generation module, data editing module and data validation module. Secondly, the functions of each module of the system are defined in detail. Finally, each functional module is implemented to obtain an XML Schema information system. The verification results of the system show that the system can process various types of equipment data, and is available, reliable and stable.
