Call center is more and more closely linked with people's daily life. This paper analyzes the three major problems of call center service (cask effect, avalanche effect, cumulative effect), introduces the call center platform performance testing strategy, and uses the Sprint and SilkPerformer testing tools to test the call center platform. The experimental results show that, through the implementation of performance testing, can predict the processing ability of the call center system in real environment, the system will advance the problems exposed, positioning help problem solution.

Dynamic symbolic execution (DSE) is widely used to generate test cases for automated test. However, the practicability of DSE is greatly decreased by path explosion, which is an unavoidable challenge caused by that the number of execution paths increases exponentially with the increase in the size of program. To alleviate this problem, dynamic symbolic execution based on multiple test points (MPDSE) is proposed in this paper to improve the efficiency of DSE by reducing redundant paths. Through analyzing the dependences between test points and branches, the equivalent paths are figured out so that MPDSE can eliminate exploring redundant paths. Our experiments show that MPDSE has advantages in generating test cases compared to traditional DSE.

System and software quality evaluation is an important method of quality assurance, and its standardization provides quality requirements and evaluation supported by quality measurement. ISO/IEC organizations have also published a series of standards on system and software quality requirements and evaluation, which is significant for assuring the quality of system and software. This paper introduces quality evaluation based on SQuaRE series standards, and analyzes the relationships among quality model, measurement, requirements, evaluation. Besides, considerations and suggestions are given when applying the measurement function to quality evaluation. Finally, comparison with different methods of quantifying quality characteristics and sub-characteristics with the measured values is analyzed.

In recent years, XML technology has won wide attention from both industry and academic. It can be used to mark data, define the data type and their own markup language. It is a cross-platform, context-dependent technology in the Internet environment and an effective tool for todays distributed structure information. The S-XML is a new approach for storing semi-structured data, and it supports query of the node in XML with SQL statements, which has shown impressive performance on many classic data sets. However, it is difficult to store XML data into a relational database, and the S-XML spends much more time and space to store the data. In this paper, we propose an efficient mapping approach, the mini-XML, to mapping XML into the relational database. In addition, path technique and position information are used to indicate the complex node relationship. Finally, two experiments are conducted to prove that the proposed method can achieve better performance in the decreasing of the storage time and storage space, especially dealing with the large amount of data.

Credit evaluation of customer is an important task for gas companies to achieve marketing management, and is of great significance to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises. By analyzing various factors influencing gas customer credit, a gas customer credit index hierarchy is established. Then, based on the credit index hierarchy, this paper proposes a hybrid credit evaluation method by cluster analysis and analytic hierarchy process(AHP). This method first divides gas customers into different groups by cluster analysis, then determines the credit index weight by AHP, and finally evaluates gas customer credit rating by combining the above two results. The empirical analysis of the actual data of a gas company shows that as a synthesis of customer data's statistical properties and gas professionals' actual work experience, this model can evaluate gas customer credit rating rationally and effectively.

This paper proposes a method to predicting the system reliability which bases on user context information in mobile computing environment. The method construct user behavior model by formatting user location context and then quantitative verification is performed to estimating whether the recommended service meet the requirements of users.
