An adaptive strategy was proposed for EH system. Modules of attack detection, feedback transmission and adaptive control were added to original EH system. They could help to make threats analysis and adjust hopping strategy in real time, so as to reduce the probability of the system stepping into the attackers' target area. With the experiments proving the anti-attack ability of the prototype system, the feasibility and effectiveness of adaptive strategy were demonstrated for EH system.

The novel phase change materials Si-Sb-Te films were prepared. The crystallization temperature of films increases with the increasing of Si concentration. Phase separation was observed in the Si-Sb-Te films, the dominant phase is Sb2Te3. The melting temperature of Si-Sb-Te decreased to ~550°C lower than 640°C of Ge2Sb2Te5. The decrease of film thickness of Si-Sb-Te films is less than 2% after annealing at 400°C, which is less than ~7% of the film thickness change of Ge2Sb2Te5 film. The crystalline resistivity of Si-Sb-Te films increased and the ratio of amorphous/crystalline resistivity of Si-Sb-Te films increased also comparing with Ge2Sb2Te5 film, which is benefit to reduce the writing current and keep higher on/off ratio of phase change memory. Reversible switch was performed in the devices with Si-Sb-Te films. The device with Si14.3Sb28.6Te57.2 film can be programmed with a 100 ns SET pulse and a 20 ns RESET pulse. The Reset current is only 1.37mA for a 10μm-sized device.

A novel technique has been successfully developed to automatically control the membrane tension induced by the spin-draw-winder used in vacuum coating on polymer materials on industrial scale. First, the realistic tension of different sheet materials was modeled and simulated;next, the major impacts on tension were analyzed, and finally, an indirect tension control algorithm was developed. On the basis of the simulation, a dedicated tension control system was designed, constructed and tested, which turns out to be capable of setting up and control of the sheet tension. The tension control unit was repeatedly tested in vacuum coating on a variety of plastic materials with satisfactory results. Its strengths include easy operation, simple structure, high control precision, fast response, and good stability.

The performance of the large power AC drive system for rolling mills should meet the need of production technology and adapt to the requirement of the electric network. AC-AC converters have been successfully applied in the large power main drives for rolling mills being low speed and large torque. But in the drive systems for cold rolling mills being high speed, AC-DC-AC converter systems should be used. In the paper, the large power three-level AC-DC-AC converter system with IGCTs is introduced. And the switching process of IGCT is considered. Then with a series of experiments, the property of the converter is examined. The experiment result indicates the converter reaches the design requirement and it shows excellent performance. The three-level AC-DC-AC converter system with IGCTs whose rated power is 7. 5MVA has been developed and put into use. And it is estimated that the AC-DC-AC converter system will be used in the drive for rolling mills in the near future.
