In order to achieve pressure fine regulation for integrated chassis control, the operating mechanism principle of hydraulic brake system and the regulating characteristics of wheel cylinder pressure were analyzed. Pressurization and decompression experiments were carried out on the hydraulic test platform. A hydraulic brake pressure estimation based on 3-D data sheet was suggested. Comparison experiments verified this method with a satisfactory exactitude on both open-loop and closed-loop conditions.

In order to adapt to new modern car styling, the aerodynamic numerical simulations based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) are applied to the process of car styling. At first it was introduced that the process of car styling in this paper. Virtual wind tunnel test is one method of the best modern ways of aerodynamic design which will be applied in the fields of aerodynamic research widely. Together with one concept car design, the details in all the process of aerodynamic numerical simulations are narrated. Applying the virtual wind tunnel test aerodynamic drag coefficient, velocity contour and pressure distribution are got. Some advices to reduce aerodynamic drag of the designed car were put forward. In one word, it is one fast, simple and effective way to design aerodynamic car shape.

The CAD model of moving deformable barrier of vehicle side impact was established based on GB20071-2006 regulation. According to the excellent deformation characteristic of progressive barrier, the corresponding finite element model of moving deformable barrier was constructed. The simulation was carried out by the LS-dyna software. The results of simulation satisfy the regulation requirements. It provides the essential tool for the simulation of vehicle side impact.

For the analysis of car interior noise at high speed, the influence of autobody aerodynamics should be taken into account, besides the vibration and acoustic radiation of powertrain, the random excitation from road and the vibration inputs of tires, and so on. A model of CFD was built. And the most turbulent area of autobody surfaces was located. The spectrum of average aerodynamic pressure of monitoring points on front door window was also obtained by unsteady calculation. So, the more accurate analysis of car interior noise can be processed due to loading the power inputs listed above to the simulation model, which is looked as the foundation of further optimization of car interior noise control.

We report the effect of irradiation electric field on nonlinear optical materials. Firstly the calculation model of the irradiation electric field of high energy charged particles with typical radiation parameters is presented. Then based on the anionic group theory and finite field method, we research the irradiation effect of beta ray on the BBO (beta - Ba 2 B 2 O 4 ) crystals by resort to the Gaussian'03 quantum-chemical software. The results show that the low energy irradiation of 0~300 Mev ray energy has no obvious effect on NLO properties of BBO crystals, and in the 300 Mev~420 Mev energy band, there are some fluctuation of the first order hyperpolarizability. When the energy is higher than 420 Mev, all the three components of the hyperpolarizability changed violently which shows the permanent damage of BBO crystals.

Therefore, the brake force of outside and inside wheels in terms of the area of the vehicle longitudinal brake performance and the lateral stability performance can be adjusted dynamically, which depends on the judgment of the process of braking in a curve. The theory of the particle image velocimetry (PIV) and the scheme of the test of PIV were introduced in this paper. PIV was applied to investigate the flow field around automobile in the automotive wind tunnel on demand of aerodynamic research. According the aim of the research, we designed the scheme of PIV test in the automobile wind tunnel. The flow field around GTS truck model and back mirror were investigated. The streamline of the flow field on the section plane was showed and the steady and transient velocity vector filed was gained. And the same time the test results was analyzed contrast with results of CFD. It was applied to show the flow state when laser of PIV lightens the frog. It is experience to take some aerodynamic tests of car model in automotive wind tunnel in low air speed.

An electric air conditioning (E-A/C) system model used for electric vehicle was set up. Combined with ADVISOR and MATLAB simulation tolls, the performance of electric vehicle could be relative accurately calculated with this model. Taking an electric coach as an example, the performance of E-A/C components have been researched, and the effect of E-A/C to vehicle economy performance and driving range have been simulation analyzed and compared. The results indicate that with the use of E-A/C, vehicle economy performance and driving range cut down remarkably. Comparing with conventional air conditioning system, E-A/C could reduce energy consuming definitely.
