Large Language Models (LLMs) are increasingly integrated into diverse industries, posing substantial security risks due to unauthorized replication and misuse. To mitigate these concerns, robust identification mechanisms are widely acknowledged as an effective strategy. Identification systems for LLMs now rely heavily on watermarking technology to manage and protect intellectual property and ensure data security. However, previous studies have primarily concentrated on the basic principles of algorithms and lacked a comprehensive analysis of watermarking theory and practice from the perspective of intelligent identification. To bridge this gap, firstly, we explore how a robust identity recognition system can be effectively implemented and managed within LLMs by various participants using watermarking technology. Secondly, we propose a mathematical framework based on mutual information theory, which systematizes the identification process to achieve more precise and customized watermarking. Additionally, we present a comprehensive evaluation of performance metrics for LLM watermarking, reflecting participant preferences and advancing discussions on its identification applications. Lastly, we outline the existing challenges in current watermarking technologies and theoretical frameworks, and provide directional guidance to address these challenges. Our systematic classification and detailed exposition aim to enhance the comparison and evaluation of various methods, fostering further research and development toward a transparent, secure, and equitable LLM ecosystem. Accurate inventory management in power warehouses is crucial for maintaining consistency between records and actual stock levels. However, the complex storage layout and the diversity of stored materials often lead to human errors during manual inventory checks, resulting in inefficiencies. To address these challenges, we collected 2,000 images from power warehouse environments and created a binary classification dataset containing images of correctly and incorrectly placed items. We propose a novel network, CWAMNet, specifically designed for visual inventory management in complex power warehouse environments. CWAMNet integrates wavelet convolution and a linear attention mechanism to overcome the limitations of traditional convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and standard attention mechanisms, achieving a balance between model capacity and computational efficiency.

In traditional prefabricated component manufacturing enterprises, there are often problems such as low utilization rate of the platform surface due to poor production plans of the enterprise, resulting in waste of production resources and low production capacity of the enterprise. In order to solve the problem of mold platform combination allocation in the production process of prefabricated component manufacturers, a mold platform combination allocation method based on the combination of machine learning and backtracking is proposed. The backtracking method is used to search for the theoretical best fit combination result, and the improved BL is used. The positioning algorithm simulates the placement process of the mold on the platform, and uses the Apriori algorithm to train the obtained data set to obtain the association rules contained in the frequent item set. When the enterprise re-produces, the prefabricated components are combined according to the association rules for production, and the utilization rate of the platform is improved. The simulation test is carried out with the example data of the prefabricated component manufacturing enterprise, which verifies the effectiveness of the combination allocation method of mold and platform combined with the backtracking method and the Apriori algorithm to solve the problem. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Underwater supporting robots serving as a relay of energy supplements and communication for other underwater equipment are promising for ocean exploration, development, and protection. This paper proposes a novel autonomous docking system centered on a designed supporting robotic fish named 'CourierFish'. Specifically, CourierFish is capable of docking with a surface dock station for supplying itself and docking with a seafloor platform for supporting equipment in the platform. A visual navigation scheme integrating LED and ArUco markers is presented for accurate localization. The control approach for docking motion is also illustrated. Simulations and aquatic experiments are performed to verify the feasibility of the proposed docking system. The obtained results lay a solid foundation for the construction of various underwater equipment and robot networks. © 2023 IEEE.

Efficient propulsion has been a central focus of research in the field of biomimetic underwater vehicles. Compared to the prevalent fish-like reciprocating flapping propulsion mode, the sperm-like helical propulsion mode features higher efficiency and superior performance in high-viscosity environments. Based on the previously developed sperm-inspired robot, this paper focuses on its dynamic modeling and depth control research. The helical propulsion performance of the sperm-inspired robot is analyzed by resistance-theory-based force analysis, followed by the application of Kirchhoff rod theory to determine the helical waveform parameters. The dynamic model of the sperm-inspired robot is established using the Kirchhoff equation, and its validity is verified through experiments. To enhance the practical application capability of the sperm-inspired robot, this study develops an active disturbance rejection control depth controller for roll-spin coupling motion based on the constructed dynamics model. The effectiveness of the controller is thoroughly validated through a combination of simulation and experiment. Experimental results demonstrate the excellent depth control ability of the robot, with an average depth error controlled within 0.19 cm. This superior performance lays a foundation for the future application of our robot in underwater operations. © 2025 IOP Publishing Ltd. According to the characteristics of the painting process of passenger car manufacturing enterprises, by formulating the routing buffer linkage rules based on the total renewal cost, the linkage process of the bus in the routing buffer is controlled, and an improved Q-learning (Q- The routing buffer of learning) algorithm quickly finds the optimal path method. According to the actual production situation, this method improves the dynamic parameters of the algorithm on the basis of the traditional Q-learning algorithm, and improves the optimization speed and accuracy of the algorithm by establishing the correlation between the work-in-process and its neighboring work-in-process in the current state. Through multiple sets of example simulation tests, the effectiveness of the Q-learning algorithm in solving the optimization problem of routing buffer linkage is verified. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Enhancing local representation learning through global–local integration with functional connectivity for EEG-based emotion recognition

Emotion recognition based on electroencephalogram (EEG) signals is crucial in understanding human affective states. Current research has limitations in extracting local features. The representation capabilities of local features are limited, making it difficult to comprehensively capture emotional information. In this study, a novel approach is proposed to enhance local representation learning through global–local integration with functional connectivity for EEG-based emotion recognition. By leveraging the functional connectivity of brain regions, EEG signals are divided into global embeddings that represent comprehensive brain connectivity patterns throughout the entire process and local embeddings that reflect dynamic interactions within specific brain functional networks at particular moments. Firstly, a convolutional feature extraction branch based on the residual network is designed to extract local features from the global embedding. To further improve the representation ability and accuracy of local features, a multidimensional collaborative attention (MCA) module is introduced. Secondly, the local features and patch embedded local embeddings are integrated into the feature coupling module (FCM), which utilizes hierarchical connections and enhanced cross-attention to couple region-level features, thereby enhancing local representation learning. Experimental results on three public datasets show that compared with other methods, this method improves accuracy by 4.92% on the DEAP, by 1.11% on the SEED, and by 7.76% on the SEED-IV, demonstrating its superior performance in emotion recognition tasks. © 2024 Elsevier Ltd

The tracker based on Siamese neural network is currently a technical method with high accuracy in the tracking field. With the introduction of transformer in the visual tracking field, the attention mechanism has gradually emerged in tracking tasks. However, due to the characteristics of attention operation, Transformer usually has slow convergence speed, and its pixel-level correlation discrimination in tracking is more likely to lead to overfitting, which is not conducive to long-term tracking. A brand new framework FAT was designed, which is the improvement of MixFormer. The operation for simultaneous feature extraction and target information integration in MixFormer is retained, and the Mixing block is introduced to suppress the background as much as possible before the information interaction. In addition, a new operation is designed: the result of region-level cross-correlation is used as a guidance to help the learning of pixel-level cross-correlation in attention, thereby accelerating the model convergence speed and enhancing the model generalization. Finally, a joint loss function is designed to further improve the accuracy of the model. Experiments show that the presented tracker achieves excellent performance on five benchmark datasets.
