目的:研究分析双飞龙复合手术间手术流程优化及扫描安全核查方案和运用效果。方法:选择我院2020年1月~2021年6月期间在双飞龙复合手术间实施手术治疗的55例患者为研究对象,组建流程优化团队,设计“点对点”固定归位法,利用IMRI“四方”安全核查表调整手术流程,优化磁共振医师、巡回护士、麻醉医师以及手术医师访谈流程,评价流程改进效果,比较分析优化流程前后的患者满意度和手术室护理质量。结果:与实施前相比,实施后的病历书写、病房管理、护理记录、基础护理、意外风险处理以及总护理质量评分均较高,差异性显著(P Objective: To study and analyze the optimization of operating room procedures for bilateral flying dragon compound surgery and the application and effects evaluation of the scanning safety verification scheme. Methods: A total of 55 patients who underwent surgical treatment in the bilateral flying dragon compound operating room of our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects. A process optimization team was formed, and a “point-to-point” fixed positioning method was designed. The IMRI “Four Aspects” safety verification form was used to adjust the surgical procedure. The interview process of MRI physicians, circulating nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgeons was optimized. The effects of process improvement were evaluated, and patient satisfaction and operating room nursing quality before and after process optimization were compared and analyzed. Results: Compared with before implementation, the scores for medical record writing, ward management, nursing records, basic nursing, handling unexpected risks, and overall nursing quality after implementation were higher, and the differences were significant (P < 0.05). Meanwhile, the scores for each surgical preparation time, operating room stay time, preoperative waiting time, operational nursing, service attitude, psychological nursing, medical environment, and health education before and after implementation showed statistically significant differences (P < 0.05).
