Owing to the dynamical, heterogeneous, complex anddistributed attributes of grid information, it is hard to make a normal and uniform description. How to construct an overlay structure to support the standardized modeling is a key research matter. In this paper, we describe an extensible framework for grid information service virtualized process. We begin the study with grid information and service virtualization. Then the grid information service virtualized process is divided into three levels: category, cluster and service, in which the construction and maintenance methods are studied. The grid information joining, leaving and updating are also analyzed. Finally, the space and time complexities are analyzed, and conclusions and future work are made.

We have successfully fabricated 4.75-inch CNT-FEd with sturdy metal plates as spacer. The metal plates were etched numerous holes and coated oxide to supply high efficient passage for electrons. We observed that several metal plates not only helped cathode to shield high electric field from anode but also supplied sturdy spacer between cathode and anode. In this work, a uniformity lighting image is obtained and capable of being applied to large-area CNT-FEds.

In this paper, we develop an algorithm for PV(Photo Voltaic) generation forecasting on the day before. In this algorithm, we builddatabase of solarradiation patterns by analyzing past 5 years data from the weathercenter but deal with February data only. Therefore, we can estimate the amount of PV power generation forecasting in February from this algorithm. This algorithm will facilitate the renewable energy development and give useful information forrES providers to manage theirrES power generation schedule. We hope our proposal could help the PV module providers effectively manage their PV generation plan.

Silicon self-diffusion coefficients were measured in intrinsic and extrinsic silicon from870 to 1070°C using isotopically pure 30Si layer. 30Si diffusion profiles are determined by secondary ion mass spectrometry. The temperature dependence of intrinsic diffusion coefficient in bulk Si isobtained. Comparing it in heavily As-doped or B-doped Si, it is found that Si self-diffusion is entirely mediated by interstitialcy mechanism at lower temperatures below 870°C.

Moleculardynamics (Md) was used to simulate dissociative adsorption of a hydrogen molecule on the Pt(111) surface considering the movement of the surface atoms and gas molecules. The Embedded Atom Method (EAM) was applied to represent the interaction potential. The parameters of the EAM potential were determined such that the values of the dissociation barrier at different sites estimated by the EAM potential agreed with that of dFT calculation results. A number of Md simulations of gas molecules impinging on a Pt(111) surface were carried out randomly changing initial orientations, incident azimuth angles, and impinging positions on the surface with fixed initial translational energy, initial rotational energy, and incident polar angle. The number of collisions in which the gas molecule was dissociated were counted to compute the dissociation probability. The dissociation probability was analyzed and expressed by a mathematical function involving the initial conditions of the impinging molecule, namely the translational energy, rotational energy, and incident polar angle. Furthermore, the utility of the model was verified by comparing its results with raw Md simulation results of molecular beam experiments.

Asymmetric InGaN/GaN multiple-quantum well(MQW) light-emitting diodes were fabricated to expose the luminescence distribution and explore the hole *** electrical injection,the sample with a wNQW active region in which the first QW nearest the p-side(QW1) is wider than the subsequent QWs shows a single long-wavelength light-emission peak arising from *** inverse nWQW sample with a narrow QW1 shows one short-wavelength peak and one long-wavelength peak emitted separately from QW1 and the subsequent *** the barrier thickness between QW1 and the second QW(QWB1) in the nWQW structure,the long-wavelength peak is suppressed and the total light-emission intensity *** was concluded that the nWQW and thin-QWB1 structure can improve the hole transport,and hence enhance the light-emission from the subsequent QWs and increase the internal quantum efficiency.

This work reports the preparation of chitosan hollow nanospheres and their uses as the ultrasound-induced imaging agents. reaction of chitosan to the 4-isocyanato-4′-(3,3-dimethyl-2,4-dioxo-azetidino)diphenylmethane modified silica nanoparticles forms [email protected] core shell nanoparticles. removal of the silica cores with hydrofluoride generates the chitosan hollow nanospheres. Structures and morphology of the [email protected] core–shell nanoparticles and chitosan hollow nanospheres are characterized with an X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and electron microscopies. Moreover, perfluoropentane is used an imaging gas to be filled into the chitosan hollow nanospheres. The gas-filled chitosan hollow nanospheres show ultrasonic-induced imaging behavior, demonstrating their potentials of applications in ultrasound-induced image.

Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells were isolated from C57BL mice, transfected with the cytosine deaminase (Cd) gene using a lentivirus vector and co-cultured with C6 glioma cells to verify anti-tumor effects of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells carrying Cd genes. C57MSC-Cd/eGFP cells converted 5-fluorocytosine to 5-fluorouracil and exhibited significant inhibition of proliferation and apoptosis in C6 glioma cells. C57MSC-Cd/eGFP cells were then implanted into rat models of brain C6 glioma. rats were also intraperitoneally injected with 5-fluorocytosine after 7 days. MSC-Cd/eGFP cells were irregularly distributed at the margin of the glioma, as well as encased andreduced the volume of the glioma. Cd-transfected bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells inhibit the in vivo growth and in vitro proliferation of glioma.
