用户是企业发展的核心资源,尤其在当前互联网与企业信息化快速发展的背景下,用户可以通过大量信息深入了解企业的具体产品和服务,进而做出最佳选择。随着信息技术的进步,用户拥有更多选择,离开平台的成本也变得极低。相比于过去以交易量为核心的营销模式,现今企业更加关注用户体验及其多样化需求,通过企业信息化手段不断优化产品和服务以提升用户粘性。因此,用户留存已成为互联网科技企业发展的关键。在此背景下,企业应深度思考如何通过企业信息化与智能化手段增强用户体验,提升用户留存,并通过老用户带动新增用户的增长。基于增长黑客理论,本文采用AARRR模型,深入探讨了Chat-GPT的用户增长策略,结合企业信息化的优势,为企业实现可持续增长提供新的思路与解决方案。Users are the core resource for enterprise development, especially in the context of rapid internet growth and enterprise informatization. Users can now gain a deep understanding of a company’s specific products and services through abundant information, enabling them to make optimal choices. With advancements in information technology, users have more options, and the cost of leaving a platform has become extremely low. Compared to past marketing models focused on transaction volume, today’s enterprises place greater emphasis on user experience and diverse needs, continuously optimizing products and services through informatization to enhance user engagement. Consequently, user retention has become a critical factor in the development of internet technology companies. In this context, enterprises should deeply consider how to leverage informatization and intelligent tools to enhance user experience, improve user retention, and drive new user growth through existing users. Based on growth hacking theory, this study adopts the AARRR model to explore Chat-GPT’s user growth strategy, integrating the advantages of enterprise informatization to provide new insights and solutions for sustainable growth.
为更好促进我国电子商务在养老领域的发展,文章运用CiteSpace软件分析了1994年~2024年中国知网收录关于主题为“(电子商务OR网络平台) + 老年人”的文献进行可视化知识图谱分析。结果显示,2015年以前国内关于电子商务与养老研究的文献较少,但在逐步增加,到2015年达到峰值;2015年以后又逐渐减少。核心作者及合作机构比较分散,但研究机构、研究学者数量较多,分布较广。发文期刊集中在经济学、政治学、法学、人口学、文化学等。通过对关键词共现、聚类、历史演进以及突现分析,研究发现,该领域的研究热点主要集中在智慧养老、老年人、互联网、电子商务、医养结合、数字鸿沟、乡村振兴、互助养老、社会资本等。今后还需加强电子商务赋能养老的多学科交叉研究,提升研究质量与数量,扩大研究范围与热点,关注实践应用与政策支持等。In order to better promote the development of e-commerce in the field of elderly care in China, this paper uses the CiteSpace software to analyze the literature on the theme of “(e-commerce OR online platform) + elderly” collected by the China National Knowledge Infrastructure from 1994 to 2024. The results show that before 2015, the number of literature on e-commerce and elderly care in China was relatively small and gradually increased, reaching a peak in 2015. After 2015, it gradually decreased. The core authors and cooperative institutions are relatively dispersed, but the number of research institutions and scholars is relatively large and distributed widely. The journals of publication are concentrated on economics, politics, law, demography, culture, etc. Through the analysis of keyword co-occurrence, clustering, historical evolution and emergence, the study found that the research hotspots in this field mainly focus on smart elderly care, elderly people, the Internet, e-commerce, health and nursing integration, digital divide, rural revitalization, mutual aid elderly care, social capital, etc. In the future, it is necessary to strengthen the multi-disciplinary cross-research on e-commerce empowering elderly care, enhance the quality and quantity of research, expand the scope of research and hotspots, pay attention to practical applications and policy support, etc.
为解决关键技术“卡脖子”问题,以企业为主体的突破性创新备受重视。如何有效利用数字化发展赋能企业的突破性创新成为重要议题。基于2014~2023年A股制造业上市企业的相关数据探讨数字化转型对突破性创新的关系以及政府创新补贴的调节作用。研究发现:1) 企业数字化转型对突破性创新具有显著的正向影响;2) 政府创新补贴在促进企业数字化转型与突破性创新关系中起到了积极的调节作用;3) 相较于中西部地区,东部地区政府创新补贴的调节效应更为突出。本研究的发现为政府补助政策提供了重要的启示。In order to solve the problem of “bottleneck” of key technologies, the breakthrough innovation with enterprises as the main body is highly valued. How to effectively use the digital development to enable the breakthrough innovation of enterprises has become an important issue. Based on the relevant data of A-share manufacturing listed enterprises in 2014~2023, the paper discusses the relationship between digital transformation on breakthrough innovation and the regulatory role of government innovation subsidies. The research shows that: 1) the digital transformation of enterprises has a significant positive impact on breakthrough innovation;2) the government innovation subsidy plays a positive role in promoting the relationship between enterprise digital transformation and breakthrough innovation;3) compared with the central and western regions, the regulatory effect of the government innovation subsidy in the eastern regions is more prominent. The findings of this study provide important implications for government subsidy policy.
在信息技术迅猛发展的背景下,大数据“杀熟”现象和个人隐私安全问题备受关注。作为新时代的关键资源,数据已成为企业精准营销与动态定价的核心工具。尤其在共享经济平台如滴滴打车中,企业通过获取和分析用户的行为与特征数据,制定个性化的定价策略,虽然提升了服务体验,却也引发了数据滥用和“杀熟”的争议,消费者的公平感与隐私安全受到威胁。本文通过机器学习算法,以滴滴打车平台为例,研究含有特定特征的消费者是否更易受到大数据“杀熟”的影响。通过预测结果分析各特征变量的重要性,提出了对敏感数据加密保护的措施。研究不仅揭示了大数据应用中的潜在风险,也为消费者隐私保护与信息安全提出了实用建议,呼吁企业在数据使用中应平衡个性化服务与用户权益的保护。Amid the rapid development of information technology, the phenomena of big data-based “price discrimination” and personal privacy security have garnered significant attention. As a key resource in the new era, data has become a core tool for enterprises in precision marketing and dynamic pricing. Especially on shared economy platforms like Didi Chuxing, companies leverage user behavior and feature data to develop personalized pricing strategies. While this approach enhances service experiences, it also raises concerns about data misuse and “price discrimination”, threatening consumers’ sense of fairness and privacy security. This study, using machine learning algorithms and taking Didi Chuxing as a case study, investigates whether consumers with specific characteristics are more susceptible to big data-based “price discrimination”. By analyzing the importance of various feature variables through prediction results, the study proposes measures for the encryption and protection of sensitive data. The research not only reveals potential risks in big data applications but also offers practical recommendations for consumer privacy protection and information security, urging companies to balance personalized services with the protection of user rights in data usage.
随着信息技术的快速发展,虚拟资产已成为现代社会的重要组成部分。虚拟资产包括但不限于数字货币、游戏内物品、域名、社交媒体账号、知识产权等。这些资产虽然没有物理形态,但在经济活动中具有重要价值。本文从数据确权的角度出发,探讨了虚拟资产价值评估的方法和模型,并通过具体案例分析展示了如何利用修正后的成本法来量化虚拟资产的价值。此外,文章还讨论了数据确权对虚拟资产价值评估的影响,以及在企业管理和市场竞争中的重要作用。With the rapid development of information technology, virtual assets have become an important part of modern society. Virtual assets include, but are not limited to, digital currency, in-game items, domain names, social media accounts, intellectual property, etc. Although these assets do not have a physical form, they have significant value in economic activities. From the perspective of data rights confirmation, this paper discusses the methods and models of virtual asset valuation, and shows how to quantify the value of virtual assets by using the modified cost method through specific case studies. In addition, the article also discusses the impact of data ownership confirmation on the valuation of virtual assets, as well as its important role in enterprise management and market competition.
为研究数据交易市场价值共创机理,构建“政府–数据供应主体–数据交易平台–数据使用主体”四方演化博弈模型,探究主体间的博弈演化关系和均衡稳定策略,并通过Matlab进行数值仿真分析。研究表明:政府在数据交易市场价值共创机制建设中担任监督角色,其决策会受到政治绩效、监管成本等因素的影响;当获得的增值服务收益大于增值服务成本时,数据供应主体会趋于积极参与价值共创;超额利润、口碑损失、政府补贴和处罚会影响到数据交易平台的策略方向选择;积极合作带来的收益大于成本时,数据使用主体也会倾向于积极参与价值共创。政府可通过建立互联互通的规范市场制度、多元共治的监管制度、合理的奖惩机制等,助力数据交易市场走向多方积极合作共赢的稳定进阶状态。In order to study the mechanism of value co-creation in the data trading market, we constructed a four-party evolutionary game model of “government-data supplying subject-data trading platform-data using subject”, explored the game evolution relationship and equilibrium stabilization strategy among the subjects, and carried out numerical simulation and analysis through Matlab. The study shows that: the government plays a supervisory role in the construction of value co-creation mechanism in the data trading market, and its decision-making will be affected by political performance, regulatory costs and other factors;when the benefit of value-added services is greater than the cost of value-added services, the data supply subjects will tend to actively participate in the value co-creation;the excess profit, loss of word-of-mouth, government subsidies and penalties will affect the selection of the strategic direction of the data trading platforms;when the benefits brought by active cooperation are greater than the costs, data-using subjects will also tend to actively participate in value co-creation. The government can help the data trading market to move towards a stable and progressive state of positive cooperation and win-win situation through the establishment of a standardized market system of interconnection and interoperability, a regulatory system of pluralistic and common governance, and a reasonable mechanism of rewards and punishments.
近年来,随着高等教育的不断发展和社会对应用型人才的需求日益增加,产教融合成为高校教育改革的重要方向之一。特别是在旅游管理类专业中,如何基于学生需求优化课程,成为提升教学质量和学生就业竞争力的重要课题。本文以《旅游规划与开发》课程为例,探索在高校中如何基于学生需求开展产教融合课程建设,在对应用型本科生需求调查基础上,发现学生普遍认识到课程学习的重要性、存在产教融合课程建设的迫切需要和强调实际应用等需求,进而不断探索建设出针对性强、应用性好、兼具理论深度与实践应用的优质课程。In recent years, with the continuous development of higher education and the increasing demand for applied talents in society, the integration of industry and education has become one of the important directions of reform in higher education. Particularly in tourism management programs, how to optimize curricula based on student needs has emerged as a critical issue for enhancing teaching quality and students’ employability. Taking the course “Tourism Planning and Development” as an example, this paper explores how to develop industry-education integrated curricula in universities based on student needs. Through a survey of applied undergraduate students, it was found that students generally recognize the importance of course learning, express a strong need for industry-education integrated curricula, and emphasize practical application. Consequently, this study aims to develop high-quality courses that are targeted, application-oriented, and combine theoretical depth with practical relevance.
在全球经济与科技变革的大背景下,新质生产力成为经济发展的关键力量,农村电商对农村经济振兴意义重大,中西部地区的发展备受关注。中西部农村电商虽在交易规模、平台架构、产业融合及政策支撑等方面取得一定进展,但仍面临诸多困境。技术创新应用存在结构性阻碍,网络设施滞后、技术集成协同缺失;创新生态系统功能性紊乱,融资困难、技术转移不畅、主体互动不佳;数字化人才培育有系统性缺陷,培养体系失衡、激励留存艰难。为此,应加大网络建设投入、建立技术协同中心、设立金融扶持基金、优化人才培养与激励机制等。通过这些举措,有望突破困境,释放新质生产力效能,推动中西部农村电商持续发展,助力乡村振兴战略实施,缩小城乡差距。In the context of global economic and technological change, new quality productivity has become a key force for economic development, rural e-commerce is of great significance to the revitalisation of the rural economy, and the development of the central and western regions has attracted much attention. Although rural e-commerce in central and western China has made some progress in terms of transaction scale, platform architecture, industrial integration and policy support, it still faces many difficulties. There are structural impediments to the application of technological innovation, lagging network facilities, lack of technology integration and synergy;dysfunctional innovation ecosystems, financing difficulties, poor technology transfer, poor subject interaction;digital talent cultivation has systemic deficiencies, imbalance in the cultivation system, incentives to retain difficult. To this end, network construction investment should be increased, technology synergy centres should be established, financial support funds should be set up, and talent training and incentive mechanisms should be optimized. Through these initiatives, it is expected to break through the predicament, release the effectiveness of the new quality productivity, promote the sustainable development of rural e-commerce in central and western China, help the implementation of rural revitalisation strategy, and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.
本文以农村电商为研究对象,在确定了农村电商发展影响因素体系的基础上,构建出基于DEMATEL的农村电商发展影响因素模型,对农村电商发展影响因素进行了中心度、原因度分析,绘制出作用因果图,直观地展示了农村电商发展的影响因素,并依据影响层次最深的关键因素提出相应对策与建议,可为推进乡村振兴战略,促进农村电商长远发展提供参考。This paper takes rural e-commerce as the research object, on the basis of determining the influencing factor system of rural e-commerce development, constructs the influencing factor model of rural e-commerce development based on DEMATEL, analyzes the influencing factors of rural e-commerce development in terms of centrality and cause and effect, and draws the role of the causal diagram, which intuitively demonstrates the influencing factors of rural e-commerce development and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and recommendations based on the key factors that have the deepest level of influence. Countermeasures and suggestions can provide reference for promoting rural revitalisation strategy and long-term development of rural e-commerce.
